Le logement est très bien situé et dispose de deux terrasses ensoleillées. C'est très propre et fonctionnel. Antonio est disponible, sympathique et très prevenant. Il est venu nous chercher à 22h30 au port en voiture, a porté nos bagages, nous a bien conseillé et nous a servi de l'eau fraîche a notre arrivée. On peut le joindre des qu'il y a le moindre besoin. Logement spacieux et bien agencé dans un quartier calme assez proche du centre. Terrasses agréables pour prendre les repas, avec belle vue sur la ville. La climatisation était la bienvenue durant cette période chaude. Et notre hôte Antonio nous a réservé un accueil exceptionnel, encore merci à lui. Petite suggestion: ajouter un lave-linge.

Das Appartement ist großzügig geschnitten, voll ausgestattet (z.B. hat es eeinen Tiefkühlschrank und einen Iduktionsherd) und ziemlich neu. Dazu hatten wir eine riesengroße Terrasse, mit einem traumhaften Blick über Lipari-Stadt und das Meer. Dadurch dass die Wohnung etwas ausserhalb liegt (8 Minuten Fussweg zur Fussgängerzone) war es auch sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter Antonio holte uns von der Fähre ab und fuhr uns zur Wohnung. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dies war die beste Ferienwohnung die wir je hatten.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei Antonio. Er war immer erreichbar und kümmerte sich sehr um uns. Antonio holte uns von der Fähre ab und brachte uns auch wieder hin. An unserem letzten Abend fuhr er mit uns auf einen Berg, um den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen. Einfach wunderbar. Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Schön war, dass wir zwei Terrassen hatten, so dass wir uns je nach Sonneneinstrahlung auch mal im Schatten aufhalten konnten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

We stayed here for two weeks in June/July 2016, and were very pleased. We are a family of four, and the three bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us more than ample space (in fact, the apartment is larger than it seems from the photos). Without going into details regarding prices (which obviously can change) we paid the price of a smaller apartment but had a large apartment available: along with the sofa-bed in the living room this apartment could realistically sleep 8 people. Something we didn’t appreciate before arriving was that the table outside on the terrace actually has an incredible view of Lipari castle, and we ate outside every evening, which was definitely one of the main advantages of not being buried within the town centre itself (the apartment is the upper floor on the main photo, including both the balcony/terraces). The apartment is a little way out from the town center, but is literally only five minutes walk. It is very slightly up hill, but the view of the castle more than makes up for it and even the kids didn’t find it an inconvenience. The main supermarket in the town centre (close to the port) will also deliver your shopping to the door. One bathroom has a shower, the other a bathtub; both have toilet, bidet, sink and cabinet with mirror. There was plenty of storage space for clothes. There was a TV in the living room and a second table for when we didn’t want to eat outside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, including a four-ringed hob and large fridge-freezer. Plenty of crockery and cutlery was available, along with sufficient pans and basic cleaning equipment. We paid a little extra to hire sheets and towels and have them laundered every week. The owner was always extremely helpful and available. With regard to Lipari itself, we found it to be an excellent central location from which to visit all the other islands, and it has enough infrastructure to be comfortable. This apartment allowed us to have an excellent holiday!

Abbiamo trascorso una stupenda settimana in questo nuovissimo appartamento, ottima posizione, tutto perfetto! Bellissima terrazza con vista sul centro del paese, distante soltanto 5 minuti a piedi. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Vacanza indimenticabile, torneremo!!

la casa si trova a 5 minuti dal corso principale e dall'imbarco dei traghetti/aliscafi. poco più lontano il porto di marinacorta dove partono tutte le imbarcazioni per visitare le isole Eolie. Casa pulita, corrispondente all'annuncio in posizione strategica per la vicinanza al centro ma allo stesso tempo in zona tranquilla e ventilata. siamo stati all'appartamento al piano terra che gode di due terrazzi, in particolare nel portico davanti si mangia bene sia a pranzo che a cena. arredamento e dotazioni essenziali ma sufficienti. Grazie al sig. Antonio che ci ha consigliato bene per le nostre escursioni.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia durante i ponti di primavera. L'appartamento si trova in una villa in stile eoliano, circondata da un giardino privato.la casa è ben accessoriata e comoda, punto di forza i due terrazzi dove abbiamo trascorso tranquilli pomeriggi di relax . La casa si trova in una bella zona residenziale e tranquilla e allo stesso tempo a pochi passi dal corso e dal porto . Il proprietario che ci ha accolti al porto al nostro arrivo è una persona davvero ospitale, ci ha ottimamente aiutati per organizzare al meglio le escursioni nelle altre isole e ci ha suggerito tante idee per trascorrere le nostre giornate rendendoci la vacanza indimenticabile.

S'il y a une adresse à recommander à Lipari c'est celle là. Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement très calme, exactement conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la très belle terrasse avec vue sur le château et la ville. Antonio vient chercher et raccompagne les locataires au port. Son accueil est très chaleureux et ses conseils pour la découverte des îles sont précieux. Si nous revenons à Lipari, nous savons déjà où nous logerons! Grazie mille Antonio!

dans ce vaste appartement près du centre ville mais au calme,aucun bruit:deux balcons et deux terrasses où il est agréable de profiter du vent le soir et d'où l'on a une très belle vue sur la vieille ville(superbe). Antonio est un hôte très attentionné et très sympathique qui vous aide dans la découverte des îles éoliennes grâce à ses bons conseils et qui répond à vos demandes une extrême gentillesse

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento del medesimo proprietario non lontano da questo. Alloggio ultimato da poche settimane, in posizione ideale a pochi minuti dal centro cittadino e dal porto ma allo stesso tempo situato in zona molto tranquilla e con vista impagabile sulla parte storica della cittadina. Bello e pulito l'interno, ma il valore aggiunto è dato senza dubbio dal terrazzo, ideale per riappacificarsi con se stessi e con il mondo. Molto gentile e disponibile il sig. Antonio. Consigliatissimo.
