The listing doesn't do this place justice. We were two families of four (8 total). So close to the beach without having to deal with all the foot traffic. There is a grocery store right down the street (5 minute walk). My biggest concern going in was regarding parking. We had a 12 passenger van and was able to park it in the space provided (between the building and street sign). The bbq burners should be replaced but we were able to cook burgers fine. 20 minute walk along the beach for ice cream and donuts! A few small issues that were taken care of very quickly by the management company. For the price of the unit we were very impressed. Would recommend to others and would visit again.

Pros: Beautiful, clean, steps from the beach, quiet neighborhood, spacious, comfiest beds we've ever slept in at a rental. Easy check-in, responsive management. Enjoyed our stay!! Cons: There aren't 2 parking places -- there is 1. Our compact car (Honda HRV) technically fit in the garage, but it was too tight to get the car doors open. The garage is not a "parking place." The parking spot next to the rental did fit the compact car. Luckily we were able to find street parking for our other car. The washer/dryer should either be free or have a credit card system. Who has quarters in 2023?

The house was great, beautiful and had everything we needed. Very close to everything, beach, shops. And the hosts were quick to respond.

Many good things to say about this house. Location is nice. Close to grocery, beach, bank, surf shop, restaurants and ice cream. Clean beach. Verizon 4/5G works fine out by the water. In mid-August, not too crowded. Comfortable beds. OK bathrooms. Family room was fine. BBQ worked fine. Kitchen was nice size. Ice maker worked great. Room size was sufficient. Internet worked most of the time. Beach towels, chairs, boogie board, crock pot are included. That was nice. Couple things that I thought were off... -Communicate that beach chairs, beach towels, boogie board, beach toys and crock pot are included, so guests don't worry about bringing. -Asked to do all dishes/dry/put away, take out all trash and clean the grill. For the price of the cleaning charge, these should be included. (VRBO won't allow me to include specific price here - unfortunately) -It would've been nice to have a patio covering over the balcony. When it rains, the umbrella does nothing. -More seating in family room. There are beds for 8, but seating for 6 in the family room. -The oscillating floor fans are very dirty and need to be cleaned or replaced. -When we first arrived, the floor in the main room was super slick with shoes on. If you have elderly people, this may be a hazard. Will we stay again? When we have a larger group. Thanks!

Had a great time being so close to the beach! We loved all the room we had as it’s very spacious with 4 decent size bedrooms. Well stocked and clean and they provided beach towels which was nice. Parking is for smaller cars but we found street parking as needed for our SUV.

High school graduation trip. Great location, walking distance to pier, grocery store and list of food options. Plus, easy walk to beach. Perfect property, will be back!

Love the location of the property. It was a few steps away to the beach. The walk to the pier was easy and fun. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the peek view to the beach from the deck as we BBQ and visited. The only negative was the problem with our TV streaming. I'm sure we could have called the manager but it was always in the later evening when we would watch TV. It was not a deal breaker for sure. In fact I really wanted family to visit rather that watch TV.

The unit itself was nice, sunny, heat /air working well. However, because we had our Thanksgiving meal there we found the kitchen to be quite inadequate for cooking/serving. Not even a platter to put the turkey or ham on. Lack of serving dishes + utensils lacking. Not even a reg spatula! A positive note was the crockpot. We had stayed previously at 4011 40th st which was top of the line, especially the kitchen. Anything you could ever imagine needing! Hope this helps to provide worthy info

Great location. Clean and quiet. You need a small car if you want to use the on-site parking spaces. Our Jeep grand Cherokee did not fit in the garage, and barely fit next to it.

What a great beach house in a great location! The balcony was definitely the star with so much room and great views. We met the owner of the upper and lower unit she was so lovely. We have already recommended this location to friends and we will for sure be back again and again!

The location of this house is amazing! Being so close to the beach made it extremely convenient to walk back and forth if we needed something. The home was plenty spacious for our two families and served us well for our stay. It's such a great place at a great price!

This place was the perfect place for our family of 8 to spend our week at the beach! Kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed for making meals, plenty of towels and fans were provided...and there were even beach chairs and an umbrella available for our use! We've rented several properties through Beachview and they NEVER disappoint! Can't wait to come back next year!
