El servicio desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos fue impecable. Todos fueron amables y atentos.

Excelente ubicación y gran desayuno. El apoyo de recepción fue indispensable para transportarme del aeropuerto al hotel. Fueron muy amables en todo momento e hicieron de mi estancia algo sumamente disfrutable.

Todo estuvo muy bien. En realidad no tengo ninguna queja. Viajé por una cuestión de negocios, por lo que mi estancia fue relativamente corta. Me hubiera gustado disfrutar más de las instalaciones del lugar.

Desde el día que me hospedé aquí hace dos años después de mi boda quedé maravillada con este hotel. Creí que todo estaba muy bien porque recién estaba inaugurado, pero hoy que cumplo mi segundo aniversario regresé a hospedarme y todo sigue igual de bueno, me encanta! Sobre todo porque siguen con las bebidas de cortesía y el desayuno buffet incluido, el cual es súper rico!

Lo único que pondría de pero es el Internet, había momentos del día en donde se iba la señal :(

El desayuno, y me gustan mucho las habitaciones

La alberca tenia el agua helada!... En el cuarto no habia jabon, llame a recepcion y me dijeron que no tenian en el hote, simplemente no habia y punto; supongo el hotel busca ahorrarse dinero. Tuve que ir a comprar uno ya que me confie que tenian en el cuarto.

La ubicacion y servicio

que a las 10.30 am el personal de restaurante comienza a recoger el buffe y limpiar el área sin importar quien este . Suben las sillas a las mesas , no te preguntan si desea algo mas por que van a recoger

Antes de reservar me comuniqué para saber si tenían servicio de transporte del aeropuerto al hotel ya que llegaríamos pasadas las 12am y el joven Alejandro me atendió de manera muy amable y reservó nuestra transportación a las 12:30. Puntualmente nos recogieron y al llegar al hacer el check in nos dieron unos cupones para unas bebidas de cortesía que canjeamos al día siguiente y estaban super deliciosas por cierto. Todos los días aprovechamos y disfrutamos del delicioso desayuno que ofrecen. Y una noche también solicitamos comida del restaurant al cuarto y no nos decepcionó. Los cuartos están excelentes en cuanto a espacio y comodidad. Algo que destaco enormemente es el clima que era un mini split que no hacía ruido y enfriaba perfecto. Igual la TV funcionaba muy bien y el internet super rápido y eficiente para trabajar en juntas a la distancia. No hicimos uso de la alberca ni del gimnasio pero visitamos el área donde se ubican el último día y de verdad todo 10/10. Definitivamente cada que regresemos a Monterrey, nos hospedaremos aquí.

The breakfast was awesome, the room was cool and confy, the bed great, bathroom relaxing, the staff really friendly. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

I did not like that it was my first reservation with Booking and I did not pay attention the pool was closed for renovation, that one was on me, the staff patienly explained that to me and we decide to stay and we choose the right thing.

Bed was really comfortable and bathrooms where clean.

Taking into account that most of the people staying would be because they have a flight and the hotel's location is near to the airport, breakfast time is not friendly.

Service was excelent, staff was friendly and the overall cleanliness was exceptional, the decorations were quite interesting because it had some traditional Mexican dishes and how to make them, the space was well lighted.

all good in the hotel, is just a bit difficult for someone without a car, because there is nothing around there, you cannot cross the street or at least there is not a street path or crossroads on the highway, the little market isn't of easy access so it was a bit hidden.

the location and breakfast was great rooms were good too and they did offer a drink on the house at check-in.

That we got this Hotel cause it supposedly had a heated indoor pool and that was not true it was super cold water. I booked this online with on a Friday for a check-In on Saturday-Sunday then when we went for check-out they told us the 2 rooms I booked were not pd. I called my bank and the said it was pending that for it to post that that would be on Monday. We explained but they said I had to pay before we left. We paid cash for both rooms and sure enough it also posted on Monday. I tried contacting Booking the app I used for the reservation and they said I had to contact the property which I did as well I even took my bank statement and the cash receipt and asked if they didn’t return my money then if I would at least get a credit with them for a next stay. They said they would investigate days later I called they said they didn’t received pmt from my card so I pretty much ended paying for 4 rooms instead of 2 and still have not gotten this resolved after almost 2 months. I had to go to my bank to open a claim hopefully they can help me resolve this situation.
