Owner was very nice and helpful. The house is beautiful and has so much space!

Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience. The pool was extremely dirty which was very sad as it was the reason for our family choosing this home. The microwave was dirty, the game room games were falling apart scared to even use them. The towels were dirty as well. We ran out of toilet paper the first night I’ve never stay at a property were I had to provide the toilet paper, paper towels ,trash bags & cleaning supplies. But i think what is my biggest complaint is how rude the host was. He ignored my messages and calls the few times he did respond he was unbelievably rude. Overall we didn’t have a good experience at all & will never return or use any of this host properties

This is a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. It was close to everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication was great. At night, we sat and watched the fireworks from Disney by the pool. I would stay here again.

This was an absolute gem of a property to stay at! Could not have asked for anything better. Tons of space, super clean, awesome neighborhood. If we ever find ourselves back down in Orlando we will 100% use this company and one of their properties in this neighborhood. I cannot think of a single thing wrong with our stay here. Checkin was a breeze as was checkout. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation home!

Our family vacation at this home was great. We would stay at this home again. Very clean and well kept place. We had some minor questions or issues and maintenance kept us updated and returned our calls in a timely manner. We loved the gated/security community. Besides our own pool at house, loved the community public pool. One minor thing about community pool, waterpark area water was very cold. We could not swim and utilize the waterpark area. Would have been nice to swim there. Very quiet neighborhood. Reasonable rate to stay in December.

Overall well. House was nice and was able to see Disney fireworks from patio. Manager was a little slow to respond once we were in the rental but good stay Overall.

We can’t say enough about how appreciative we are for this home owner and his associates. After an amazing stay in this beautiful home, I left a significant amount of money and ALL of my personal information in the home! We returned to NY to realize the oversight. We contacted the home owner. He immediately contacted A plus vacation homes. The cleaning people returned all important cards and cash. They worked with us to make sure all was returned. There are still honest people out there! You can not pay for that type of trust. Thank you!!!! Trust this rental with your life! I had to and they came through big time.

Awesome house minutes from Disney. Watch Magic Kingdom fireworks from your own pool. Every amenity included, Incredible appliances, seamless internet incredibly fast. Windsor Hills location is an incredible high class resort w watersides, gameroom and food No one wanted to leave this dream house

The property was perfect for my adult children to gather have a few days at Disney have some family meals again together they have not been together like this in over six years the property is everything it is advertised to be there is not one thing I would change.

This was a beautiful and clean home I would recommend anyone with kids or just friends to stay here we enjoyed the live music under the pavilion, we had a blast nice neighbors and most of all it was big enough for all 6 of us Class of ‘88’ my birthday with all my BFFL. The only CON was you need to put ceiling fans in all rooms and check temperature of fridge but all in all 5 Stars

We were there to visit Disney Parks. This was an ideal location for easy access. The house was spacious and lovely. We had one little inconvenience and that new appliances were being delivered on one of our days. It all worked out nicely and future guests will really enjoy them.

Super nice property with all the amenities of home! Very convenient to everything - shopping, parks, etc. Comfy furniture, large TVs, good shower pressure. Wish we would’ve stayed longer!

We stayed here for my daughters cheer competition that was being held in disney. First let me make it known I am VERY picky when it comes to booking my families stays and I have to say although I loved the way the house looked on the VRBO site I was slightly worried about some of the comments left about the property and the owner being difficult. Well I took my chances and I am so so glad we did. Not only was the house itself pristine.. modern, clean and very well stocked/maintained, the views from the back patio were breathtaking.. not sure it is even noted in the description but you have a almost perfectly clear view of epcot and MK fireworks right from the pool area! (only thing blocking the view is the small trees). But in addition to all of that the owner/ and management were very accommodating who really went above and beyond. When we got there the TV in the master was not working, I called the number provided and even though we had tried several of their recommendations we still couldn't get it to work.. we went out and did our thing the next day and when we returned there was a brand new working TV already installed.! and I dont know how anyone could say anything bad about Jim, he was nothing but great to me! between my annoying text prior to our visit which he always responded to and then while there i wanted my cousin to come over for lunch... the resort is VERY STRICT on visitors (they would not allow her in because her name was not on the agreement) I texted Jim and he had her added within 10 minutes no issue at all! Thank you Jim for truly relaxing, enjoyable stay in your beautiful home. We look forward to coming back next year!

Very clean, close to all attractions, stores and eating places

Everything was as pictured in photos. House is spacious, with enough room for a large family. Gated neighborhood made us feel safe. Pool area has an added barrier (not in photos) to provide added safety for small children. Refrigerator water filter needed replacing so we weren't able to use the ice maker and had to buy ice, but that wasn't big deal in the big scheme of things. All in all this is a great house in a great location and it worked well for our large family!

Such a fun spring break in this amazing house !! It’s by far our favorite place to stay .. the girls enjoyed the playroom and pool !!! We could actually see the fireworks from the back patio. We will definitely be back !!!!

We had 2 families of 4 stay here while visiting Disney and Universal parks. The location had everything we needed to relax when done with the parks for the day. Very close to lots of nearby shops and dining options. Nice amenities at Windsor Hills clubhouse area that we were able to take advantage of as well. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely book again!

This property offers a great location to local attractions as well as shopping and restaurants. The house and neighborhood offer many amenities that make your stay enjoyable.

This house was perfect. Clean with plenty of space. The neighborhood was great - with parks and recreational areas within walking distance. Location is super convenient (close to many restaurants and Disney). You won’t be disappointed with this house!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay

The home was beautiful in a great location 10 minutes from Disney World. When we arrived, the home was very warm at 79 degrees. We unloaded our luggage, unpacked, went out for dinner, grocery shopping and back home. The inside temp rose to 80. I attempted to reach the management company several times. I left a message and never heard back from them, too this day. We also could not connect to the Wifi, or find a WiFi router to connect to on the TVor cell phones. None of the televisions worked in any room. I then found the owners phone number to try to get some help. He was the most rude person and used the most appalling language, yes the F#@% word! He called us too stupid and lazy to find and unplug the router. When we asked where it was located he didn't know. He accused us of leaving windows and doors open therefore heating up the home, just as "the stupid guests last week did" who had the same problem with the air conditioning not working. We told him no windows were open and the door was open maybe a total of 10 minutes all night. Finally after I threatened to contact the city inspector, he first threatened to evict us, then he said he would send someone to find and unplug the router and look at the air conditioning. It turned out the router must have been broke as the next day the router had a new name and a new password. The air conditioning unit had to be recharged as it wasn't working. We never received an apology. Additionally, there was only one extra roll of toilet paper in the whole house, not per bathroom as indicated; dirty bath towels were left in a bedroom dresser, only two washcloths in the entire house, two pool towels, not much in the line of bare necessities. Again, beautiful home but don't expect much from the owner except to be yelled at and treated poorly. We have rented many homes through VRBO, had a few minor problems that were immediately fixed with apologies, but NEVER experienced treatment such as this. I'd seriously reconsider before giving this owner your money.

This house is in a beautiful gated community within 15minutes of the Disney Parks. The clubhouse has its own water parks, plus amenities so it'd be great for kids of all ages! The house is spacious , comfortable and ideal for family gatherings or a Disney weekend. It was a little challenging to find the correct gate; however, once there, the guards are super helpful and friendly. Supplies are there for cooking and we loved the layout of the kitchen. Wal-Mart is close so you can buy any supplies for your trip.

We stayed at this home for 4 days. This property looked like what I anticipated but what was wrong was not what i expected. While unloading our vehicle, I was met by wasps who had two different nests on the front of the garage. When we were settled in the house the lights in the foyer went out. When we entered the kitchen the counters were covered in ants. We had to get some raid and cleaning supplies to get rid of the ants. I called maintenance and they didn’t come in the house because we had small dogs. They were supposed to come back the next day but never did. On the second day, in the afternoon the cable and internet went out (Tuesday) and they were not able to get it cut back on by the time we left Thursday morning. The pool was dope, and the spaciousness of the home was as advertised. It was the unexpected issues that should not have been issues that made our stay most unpleasant.

The home was as pictured and everything worked properly. The property was perfect. The price is right. HOWEVER, the owner was rude and scheduled an inspection to measure all the rooms for his new carpeting 15 minutes prior to our arrival. We got there 18 minutes early due to traffic being less than anticipated and were fussed at for being early and told it was our fault, even though the carpet people would have still been working in the home had we arrived on time. I wish the owner could realize he should have apologized for the inconvenience of having service people work on my dime after spending $1200 for the rental and scheduled them far earlier in the day. Imagine if you are a mom checking into a strange place with your kids and you get inside to find a man measuring the carpet when you walk into a bedroom. Also, make sure to take your own dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper etc. if you are staying more than one night for you will run out. The details of the add do suggest this though, if you read them. : )

The home was very spacious. The recreation area and pool was a family favorite. The home is conveniently located by restaurants and stores. Not too far from Universal Studios and Disney. We had a ball!

Our stay in this home was enjoyable. The location was awesome and the Windsor Hills community is always wonderful. There were a couple of issues with the home like the pool table isn't leveled so we couldn't play any games which was disappointing because I booked a home with a gameroom with the intent to play pool. There was also a problem with small water bugs. I'm assuming it's a Florida thing but it was a tad bit annoying to deal with bugs on vacation. An exterminator needs to come weekly to get rid of this problem. Last but not least, the televisions in the bedrooms are very small. The owner may want to think about replacing them with larger tvs. Besides those things the home met our needs.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The only problem was that the carpet was riddled with urine stains throughout. May want to check with the cleaning service about cleaning carpet.

The house was amazing and close to all things Disney. It was perfect!

We had such a great time at this house. It was perfect for our family of 5 and our small dog. Everything is all on one floor which made it easy for me to keep track of everyone :) The neighborhood was quiet and good for taking walks. The pool is facing a construction site which honestly was not bad at all. They didn't bother us and the pool was private compared to others who have another house behind them. You do have to drive over to the community center as it would be a far walk with kids and their things. Quick and easy drive to Disney (and Walmart!) Of course every house has a few small things they could upgrade, but overall we have no complaints and enjoyed our stay!
