Para mi excelente ubicación. Todo cercano. El desayuno muy completo y rico!!

Que te expliquen en recepción a la llegada como funciona la regadera.

El hotel es cómodo, incluyen desayunado muy completo, la hora de check-inn es bastante flexible, el personal es amable, el precio bastante accesible, la ubicación es excelente para hacer compras en Target, Academy, Burlington, TJMax, Ross, Walmart, la plaza, todo te queda a 5 minutos. Sin dudar volveré a hospedarme ahí.

Lo único que me gustaría que mejoren es la iluminación, ya que todas las luces son indirectas, provenientes de lámparas a los costados de la habitación y por ende si no abres la cortina, la iluminación no es completa.

El desayuno y la ubicación.

No me gusto que el aseo lo hacen cada 3 días, las toallas tienes que ir a cambiarlas y algunas están rotas, también tuve que sacar los botes de basura para que los llevaran y aparte ponerle las bolsas.

Staff frowned at us during breakfast, though we had 2 little guests none of us wasted any food or made any messes. Staff frowned at our pool attendance saying there were too many people in the pool, it was our little family of 5 and 2 other guests. Staff did not enforce rules of No alcohol or obscenities at the pool. When it was brought to their attention they simply reminded the couple of the rules. The couple continued to drink beer and female danced and groped herself for her male companion with no regard for our family.

Bathroom door didn't lock. Lobby hot. Room smelled

That staff was very rude and not able to help

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The dining area had enough varity of breakfast items and excellent coffee. The lobby was super beautiful. The room was excellent with a mid sized refrigerator, microwave, small coffee maker, glasses, condoments for coffee, large tv, beautiful shower, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and a private air conditioner for my preferred temperature. Excellent for the price!

There was nothing not to like. Everything was great.
