We stayed here with five adults and two kids. It was the perfect size with rooms for everyone. The first floor suite was great for my 70 yo parents. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the community pool and we were only a couple minutes from the beach. The property owner was easy to reach via text and helpful. The only minor issue we had was the tiny ants who appeared from time to time; however, we informed the property manager and she said they were working to address it. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I’d recommend it to others.

This house was lovely and just right for two couples. We each had our own primary suite with bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The living room was great for tv time and games. Patti was wonderful to work with. She responded promptly to texts when we had questions. (There weren’t many!). It’s also a very quiet neighborhood with a nice pool and tennis courts. I would highly recommend for couples or for families with children. There was also a bunk room and queen bedroom with a bathroom. Thanks, Patti, for a wonderful stay!

Patricia’s home is even more beautiful than the pictures. We absolutely loved her home. It was the cleanest home I’ve ever rented including those rented through real estate offices. I usually feel funky the first night or two because I worry about how clean the beds are. These mattresses are like brand new. The first floor suite is perfect for privacy for a couple or teenagers. The third floor suite has a beautiful soaking tub that the family loved. We also enjoyed the pool as a nice break from the ocean during rough undertow. There’s just nothing negative to say about this place. I recommend this home for anyone. Even someone with the inability to do steps could use the suite on the first floor as long as someone was staying with them to go to the kitchen on the second floor. My family and I stayed that this property for a beach vacation getaway with small children. The house is beautiful, spacious and super clean! Very close to the beach (5 min drive) in a cute neighborhood. Patti was extremely friendly, responsive and caring. We will definitely be staying here again! A+

Very Roomy, very nice

Before arrival I got a message from the property owner in regards to the "cleaning people " being late. To my surprise when I came in the home it was not vacuumed and food was on the floor and furniture. I didn't mind getting it up and asked the owner where I could find the vacuum. When she asked why I needed the vacuum I did explain that I found food on the floor in 2 rooms but I didn't mind getting it up, she immediately got defensive saying she never had a complaint before. Then later after wanting to wash sand off from the beach I walked into the shower to find dirty soap, a razor and broken shampoo bottle... ok now I have to clean all the bathrooms which I still did without complaint. There was urine all over the toliet in hall bathroom. Then the icing on the cake was when my 4 year old found a used sex toy in the bedroom on the bottom floor. I was kinda livid I had to clean this womans home and then my son finding such a thing especially durring times where people are cautious to rent. I waited to the morning and was very nice about letting her know and as a home owner she may want to check with her cleaners. As I know things get left behind and I would definitely want to know if I was paying someone to clean that wasn't. She again got extremely rude with me and called me picky and went on and on about how she never got a complaint. Having your 4 year old son find a used sex toy was not being picky and down right disgusting. I decided not to even bother with her after that and we went on about our vacation after spending a full day washing blankets. Last I would like to note when leaving this property she sent me a message stating please make the beds with our used blankets and again calling me picky. I won't be surprised if she responds to this with the same attitude she had and I always go on how an owner responds to a complaint if I would choose to rent there. Because there is no perfect property and things can arrise and you definitely want to rent from someone who can handle those things. But if your in your 20s with no kids I'm sure your have no issues with staying here.

This property is a beautiful, well maintained home for any family! We are a family of 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The community in which it is located was quiet and conveniently located and provided a short commute to the beaches and shopping. The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating to our every need which is a rare thing to find in rentals! We can't thank her enough for her generosity in making sure we had everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to choose this home for our next vacation and highly recommend it to anyone!

We wanted to find a cute rental in the Bethany Beach area for a girls trip, and couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. This townhome was adorable!
