Nice and quiet. Easy parking and an elevator and luggage carts are readily accessible. Beautiful views of the estuary and easy access to Folly Beach and greater Charleston.

Loved the condo and being able to walk to restaurants, bars, and even the beach! Beds and furniture were all very comfortable, and the showers were outstanding. Great seafood restaurant (LaLa) just up the road. Awesome atmosphere on the back deck in the morning and at sunset. Highly recommended!

This was a nice clean property in a lovely Beach location. Move in was very easy, with an elevator and cart for toting our luggage and extras. The view on the marsh was peaceful. The owner was attentive to our needs and responded promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was spacious with great views. No issues checking in or out. It had everything we needed. We loved the marsh view from the large screened in deck, especially at sunset and we saw some great lightening storms from there a few nights. Easy walk over the bridge to the center of Folly Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughters and their husbands and my two grandchildren and two dogs for a very comfortable. Three beds and three bathrooms made it extremely easy for us to halve our privacy. all the appliances were in working condition. There were enough plates, etc. for eating in the view from the terrace was unobstructed and the sunsets were amazing. Short distance from the beach town and the beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed the pier and the restaurants, and that was so close by. Kevin, our host, was very knowledgeable and took care of our needs and concerns immediately. Very close to all the sightseeing that downtown Charleston had to offer and Mount pleasant as well as other areas for great sightseeing. Will go back again. Thank you Kevin.

The condo was comfortable and spacious for our our family of four including family dog. (Daughter 15 happy to have her own bathroom and son 12 loved swimming in the pool each day in between our trips out to the beach, around Folly, and Charleston). Kevin was was very responsive anytime I had any questions. The views were great. You could see great sunrises and sunsets from the property and an easy walk/drive to the beach. We spent a few days at the county park at the west end of Folly. It was perfect and had a great concession stand and other amenities. My son and I found shark teeth our first day and we have been searching various beaches for years… finally found a few! The Folly Beach pier was great also and watched a beautiful full moonrise light up the night sky above the ocean. Simply stunning! Made a few trips into Charleston. Short easy drive and enjoyed walking around town soaking up the history and exploring. Toured the USS Yorktown CV 10. Made it over to see the grand Angel Oak tree as well. Quite a sight to see. All in all, we made some great family memories and enjoyed our trip.

The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids, the kids were able to utilize the rooms with 2 beds. Everyone had their own bathroom, so that was nice. The condo was well kept and clean. The property manager was very responsive with questions we had. The condo has a great view of the marsh but was close to the street. The pool area was a little small for the complex but all and all, the property was great.

It was a perfect location for our family to take a short vacation. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a great stay. Could not have asked for more in regard to accommodations. Plenty of space. Excellent location. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was spacious for cooking and stocked with cooking supplies. The carts provided by condo were handy at arrival and departure. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great communication with owner throughout whole process. Property was clean, comfortable beds. Short walk to restaurants and the beach, friends said it wouldnt be ideal with kids but was perfect for us.

Great location to folly beach! It had all the amenities listed, beds were comfortable. Property was neat and clean. It would be great if they mounted a large screen tv on the patio. Kevin was a great host, he communicated well and was accessible if we needed him. Will stay again!

This property was better than expected, pictures dont do it justice. Is a quick walk to the beach and an easy dry to charleston.

The condo was very clean....well stocked. We immediately felt confortable, secure. Only noise was from the main road, but the sunsets were amazing! Easy walk to action and heart of Folly. Pet friendly.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Speedy responses from Kevin were appreciated. This condo had more supplies to get the vacation started than any other that we have ever stayed. Condo is exactly as advertised.

Nice property, very responsive property manager. Had a small problem with the bathroom outlets and the property manager sent someone right away & the issue was fixed. No other issues. The property was as described. Clean. Could use a couple extra blankets, the weather was chilly a couple days when we were there. Screened porch was very nice. Beach equipment (chairs, cart etc) were available & that was nice to not have to bring. Overall a very nice experience, would recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for a long three day weekend while touring College of Charleston for my son. This was the perfect location to get to experience all that is in the area. Absolutely beautiful views and was really nicely updated, clean and very comfortable. We would definitely book again. The host was great! Such nice welcoming touches and Kevin was always available as we needed him. Had everything needed and super easy check in and out. You can walk to Folly beach and easy drive to Charleston, James island and Sullivan Island. Loved it!!

The 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms was a perfect place for our winter get away. On the warm days we enjoyed the screen in porch that overlooked the beautiful marshes. The only draw back was the road noise since it was the end unit near the road, when inside, door shut, we couldn’t hear it. The condo was well furnished. Folly Beach was a short walk over the bridge and the fun town had plenty of restaurants and gift shops. The beach has a new pier with a bar and restaurant and gift shop. The beach was beautiful! We would love to go back.

Easy walk to downtown and beach. Road noise, as listed in some other reviews, was pretty constant. A lot of traffic going in and out of Folly Beach even in off season.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location is great with a short walk to the center of Folly and easy access to the historic area in Charleston. As others have noted, it does happen to be right next to the highway with some road noise especially from the balcony but it's not so bad and the view over the marsh is very nice. A good value.

My family enjoyed our stay here. It is a perfect location. The host was very responsive to our needs. The condo is perfect. It was spacious, had all the amenities we needed, beautifully decorated, and reasonably priced. We would defiantly stay here again when we are in the area.

The location of the unit is perfect. Close to beach if you are visiting in the summer. If you are looking to enjoy Charleston without the expensive accommodations, perfect. Lots of room in the unit to spread out. Kitchen has issues. Two burns on stove were slanted and made cooking a challenge. Cooking pans need to be replaced. The bathroom with the tub didn’t drain well, so you were standing in water up to your ankles and all of the plastic shower liners needed to be replaced. Flooring could use a good cleaning between tenants. My white slippers I wore were almost entirely black when I unpacked back at home. Other than those items, all and all a nice stay.

The condo is wonderful! Great family space, loved the deck with a view of the marshland. Condo was clean and well appointed. Great location, a short walk to “downtown Folly” but you avoid the busy streets. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location. Close to the ocean & Folly Beach’s fabulous little town. Food was good too. Not far from downtown or any place else either. Thank u for the added touches at your condo.

This condo was very nice & spacious. Beautiful view of the Marsh. Only thing is there is a lot of road traffic noise if the doors are open. Otherwise all around very nice stay☺️

We are frequent visitors to the Charleston area and found this property on VRBO with fairly short notice. The condo suited our needs- 3 BRs, 3 Baths, full kitchen, pet friendly, proximity to our favorite things to do and a great price. Kevin was great to work with and extremely helpful and prompt with communication. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable get-a-way. When getting away to southern destinations, I like to spend as much time outside as possible, which leads to the only criticism; the condo and its patio is the closest to Folly Road which is well travelled. If I stayed here again, I would look for a unit with a patio which was on the other side of the building.
