Everything about the property was great. Location, pool, beach, and amenities. (especially the sand volleyball as we are a family of volleyball players) We have a family of 15 with ages ranging from 8 to 88 and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. We rented a boat for the week, so the boat dock and location were perfect. We highly recommend this beautiful property!!

Just returned from our stay at Villa Vista and we are all ready to return. From the beautiful, well-appointed rooms and extraordinary kitchen, to the magnificent pool area, hot tub, pier/pavilion/dock and game room, everything was perfect for our family stay and get together. Eric and Lindsey were both so nice and accommodating, if there is anything you need, they will help. We needed help with the TV in the living room and the one by the pool, and Lindsey came right away to help! We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was at the paradise!

This house is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for our family of 10 family vacation. The pool was heated, clean and just perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped and all appliances were is excellent condition. There are fishing poles and loads of water and sand toys for the little ones. We have been going on family vacations for several years and this was the first time that the concierge checked in almost daily to make sure that everything was going well. Very nice folks.

This is our second time staying at Villa Vista, and we love it! The location is hard to beat having the best of both worlds: on the bay and the state park and beach within walking distance. Sunrise at the beach each morning with dolphins and even a bald eagle and sunsets each evening on the dock that will just blow you away!
Love the gorgeous kitchen with everything you’ll need for a large group! We only ate lunch out twice and cooked dinner at home each night.
This year we took advantage of the pickleball courts in the neighborhood and adults and kids alike had a blast! They had some paddles and balls but we also had a set of 4. There are two stationary courts and one portable net.
The sidewalk/path should be complete soon making it even easier to ride bikes or walk with littles on the main road.
We stayed with 3 families and one set of grandparents (8 adults and 7 kids ages 2-9) this year and felt like we had plenty of common space for all. There is one bedroom on the second floor that is a bit smaller that would be good for a couple or maybe teens; just not as much space for luggage or moving around. We put all the kids but the 2 year old in the bunk room that sleeps 8 and they loved it! But there’s 5 bunks in the other rooms we didn’t even use!
The heated pool, hot tub and swim up bar are favorites with our crew.
We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here. Lindsey was always available, quick to answer and very accommodating to our needs. There were a couple of odds and ends that could have been taken care of as far as cleanliness went, like the cat food etc. that was at the front door on arrival (which didn’t get in our way or bother us, just an observation) and then smell of the litter box in laundry room, especially for us with allergies to cats. And the hot tub. But other than that we had a great stay and loved our time here and would definitely come back to stay here!

Wanted a house on the water, but that also had things to do in case the weather didn't cooperate. House covered everything!! Amazing location, amazing views, amazing backyard and great communication with the concierge (Lindsey)!!

Our group of friends/family had a wonderful time here this past week! The house has everything you could ever want or need, including three standalone ice makers. Lindsey was great at answering any questions we had and checking in to make sure things were going smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time visiting Perdido Key. We couldn't have picked a better place. This home did not disappoint. We had 22 family members including infants , toddlers, teens and numerous adults. This house provided everything we needed. Kids loved kayaking, we saw dolphins by the dock, and the swimming pool was beautiful.The walk to the beach was not bad using the wagons and bikes and chairs provided. We will definitely come back and also recommend this home to friends.

I can’t think of one thing that I would change about our stay @ Villa Vista! It was an amazing week with family and friends. The home had everything we needed from kayaks to 2 coffee makers in the kitchen! It was entertaining for all ages! We will definitely be back in the future! 🏖

We had a total of 11 people stay at the house for a week- five of them being children so finding a house with enough bedrooms for children and infants was crucial for us. This house did not disappoint. It was beautiful, a great location and perfect for our needs. The pool was perfectly heated, the hot tub was amazing for the nights, and the ability to swim/play in the ocean was great. The communication with the property manager was amazing- she was very tentative to our needs and responded quickly when we were struggling with the outdoor grill. Overall, I would highly recommend this property! 😊😊

This house is absolutely amazing. Everyone had a fantastic time, and we utilized all of the amenities. The house was well stocked with high-end appliances and everything else you could think of. Having the beach gear, fishing poles, ice machines, coolers, wagons, and yard games available was wonderful. We saw dolphins every day from the balcony or docks. We can't wait to come back next year!

The house is beautiful and the outdoor area is incredible!
Pros:
-The pool has an area great for kids 6 and under, our kids LOVED it. It goes up to about 6ft in depth in other areas as well.
-The beach area had tons of crabs and snails to collect, and was clean. Our kids loved hunting for the wildlife.
-There is an outdoor tv, grill, and shower. All were very useful!
-Beds were comfortable and all of them had enough pillows and blankets with extras in closets.
-They had toys, floats, wagons, one fishing pole, life vests, and sand toys available for the beach and pool.
-Their kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and utensils, including kids plates, cups, bowls.
Cons:
-The walk to the ocean is a bit hard because they are working on the boardwalk that is closest to the house currently, and we got yelled at for using it, so they taped it all off with caution tape. (3/6/23-3/10/23)
-This isn't a big deal but just note: there are no starter items in the kitchen like coffee. Be sure to buy your food/necessities before arriving. The closest grocery store is Publix which is a 5 min drive away.
-It's not much of a walkable area - there are no sidewalks on the side of the road or many nearby shops. There are some within a 5 minute drive though.
Overall - we had a GREAT stay. This house was perfect for a large group or family.

Our large family of 20 had an absolute amazing time inthis beautiful house! It could use a little TLC ..We enjoyed it and made the most out of everything...rain and /foggy weather. The house is awesome for people of all ages!

We got this property so we could have enough space to get the family together for the holidays. Had 16 people total with some being close enough to go home and come back but still had plenty of room. We enjoyed every single thing this property had to offer so much that my 7 year old teared up saying he was going to miss it when we were getting ready to leave. Already trying to plan our next trip!

I wasn't sure how this would work out with such a large group and range of ages. This house and the entire setup is perfect for a busy family that loves to have something to do at all times and for those who just like to relax and watch. The idea of being on the inlet was perfect to enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards at anytime of the day and the beach was close enough to go as often as we wanted. The house has so many great places to gather both inside and out and the kitchen is set up for anything type of cooking, from simple to gourmet. Everyone enjoyed the pool daily and it was a definite focal point. The few items that weren't perfect were easily reported to the property manager and while everything couldn't be resolved, she was very helpful for most every concern that we had. We will definitely plan to come back to this house as it was perfect for our family!

disappointed in kitchen. Fridge and gas stove did not work properly. Fridge did not work even after repairman came to fix it. Pots, pans bowls and flatware not sufficient for 12 people. Three wheeler bike not rideable, but there were lots of toys for kids. No hooks for clothes in bathroom on main floor.The nextdoor neighbor had rusty trailor parked on street the whole time we were there. Needed better instructions for tv,s. We did have a very good time, but it could have been perfect if the kitchen had worked better. We were celebrating two birthdays. One gate to beach was locked. Not sure why. The area was great., convenient to everything. Little things sometimes add up, but we Never ran out of ice.:! !!! Thanks. Ben and Margaret Little

Paradise!
Book this property if you want to have your own little piece of paradise for the week! The house and property is amazing. From the pool to the paddle boards to the fishing dock, there was something to do for every age group. We found ourselves staying at the house and skipping the beach. We can't wait until we come back next year!
