Great location in terms of proximity to the beach, the new town and the old town, however next to bars/clubs so can be noisy on a night!

The location was good, and the overall place looks nice

The hotel disable the air conditioner during the night which makes the night horrible. The room is too hot to sleep in without air conditioner and when opening the window we couldn’t sleep neither because of the noise from the street and the mosquitoes. At the first night the receptionist Ibrahim didn’t do so much and told us that there is a problem in all the hotel and they will be able to fix it only the day after, which is totally wrong! We could see from the beginning that the air conditioner is working but they turn it off few seconds after we tubes it on. The day after, same issue, he told us that they will be able to fix it only in the morning of that day after. After a long conversation he told us that he’s sending someone to the roof in order “to fix it”, magically the air conditioner worked for few hours but then turned off automatically and we were not able to turn it on again. The last day we came to the reception to talk to another person than Ibrahim, they explained to us that there is nothing to do and if there is a problem to call the receptionist. while we were talking to the other receptionist, we saw that Ibrahim joking on us about this issue. I don’t recommend this hotel at all!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Location was perfect - short walk to Old Town.

The swimming pool is placed almost on the street - there is no privacy and enough sunshine. But the public beach is very close so it wasn’t really an issue.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and a good size. Very good value for the price.

There are no views from this hotel and the area is a bit shabby.

Suite is big enough and the beds are super comfy. Hotel location is good next to the beach and restaurants. Spa is lovely and stuff there is very helpfull and allways smiling.

Pool floor in the suite is deadly dangerous and very slippery when get wet. Also only few hours of sun shine in the suite patio area and water in the pool is cold and there is no privete sunbeds. It was a little bit of disapointment.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. I am definitely coming back in August 2023 for much longer. What you see on their Website is exactly what you get. Worth every Euro we paid. Looking forward to 2023.

Beautiful and very clean hotel.Staff members was amazing ,very professional,friendly and helpful.Breakfast options great ,staff amazing too.

Next to hotel was night clubs and strip bars street ,could get noisy at night .I wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers because it is quite loud.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Our welcome to the hotel was great, we had been upgraded to a better room and we were given a free welcome drink at the bar

The first night we couldn’t sleep as the AC stopped working, we eventually rang the reception at 4.30am however they couldn’t fix the problem straight away. We were offered a free 20 minute massage the following day which we really appreciated. Unfortunately on our second night the AC broke again which was really disappointing. We picked Mercure as we only had two nights in Rhodes so wanted the reliability of a large chain. Everything apart from the AC was great and we understand things go wrong but not to work two nights in a row was disappointing.

it’s not far from everything and it has a pool

it’s next to strip clubs that play loud music until 4am. the place is falling apart, the photos don’t show the terrible Reno’s like door handles falling off the toilets and staff having to check that customers aren’t locked/stuck in them every 20mins. the aircon units to our entire floor get over loaded at 3am every morning and they all shut down, you wake up in sweat every night and have to wait for the electrician to fix it every morning at about 8am. you have to open the door for a breeze and the music and drunks are terrible. The worst accomodation I have ever stayed at, I would never stay here again.

Great staff and hospitality. Ilias and Anna were very helpful and kind. The room was very nice and tidy, with great view of the sea. The location was also great for us (might be a bit noisy for some due to partying nearby, get earplugs) The breakfast was also good.

The pool is a bit cold, small, and lacks privacy from the outside.

noise because of the clubs in the street so we could not sleep for 7 nights,,,, three buildings infront of u and they block the view ,,,the bed was not comfortable ,,,the day before we left they cleand the room but we didnt get coffee and shampoo ,,,breakfast until 10 so we had to get up so early,,,,you have no closet for your clothes but u can hang them in een open corner ,,

What I liked the most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. I travelled with my 2 year old son and everyone was nice and caring and willing to help. Another of the hotel plus points is breakfast. You have a lot of options to choose from and we really felt pampered. Thirdly, the location is also very good. Close to the beach and the nightlife is right on your doorstep. And last but not least, the hotel is great value for money. Overall, I give it an A plus!

Stylish interiors, spacious room. Excellent location for my needs, windy beach just few steps from hotel. Very good breakfast and lots of variety. Best time to have a peaceful breakfast was around 07-08, closer to 09 breakfast room was really crowded and difficult to find a seat. As a light sleeper, was a bit worried about the noises from the opposite bar street during night, but gladly didn't bother my sleep at all. Overall enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.
