I enjoyed the large balcony off of my room. It looked out over the catedral. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast was nice as expected, the facilities included everything we needed, and the place was spotless. It also had free parking as promised which is always a big plus. The location was perfect since it is right next to the basilica and the city centre.
They took a little while to open the door at night, maybe they had too many tasks at the same time at some points during the night. Also the church rings its bells quite often which can be quite disturbing if you have troubles to sleep, but it is unavoidable since that's what we came to see.

breakfast was good and so was the location - directly by the cathedral! staff was superfriendly and helped with whatever I needed: advise to do shopping or sightseeing, taxi services etc
The wifi was a beat weak in my room - the signal was strong in the lobby though and the staff was superfriendly enough to let me work there.
