In fairness to the hotel, staff was friendly and nice. Good location if you love fast food. Room was nice and clean. Charging for Smart phones, etc. was plentiful; however, the outlets were too big and none of my plugs were snug and easily fell out.

Second, probably the fault of third party Booking.com. The room was supposed to be accessible; however, it was on the third floor (three story building) and the furthest room from the elevator. Regular toilet and beds were difficult to get into for anyone with mobility issues because they were so high.

Freshness and variety of breakfast was the best I have seen at any hotel ever. The lady that maintained breakfast was awesome! The location in the lobby was good with plenty of seating. Great job Holiday Inn!

The first day we checked in I called the front desk and told them our clock was not readable. She told me she would let maintenance know about it, but we never got another clock.

The breakfast was awesome! An excellent selection and everything was tasty!
