Cute, clean, well supplied kitchen, nicely decorated. Nice seating on the deck with an umbrella and citronella candles. Nicce supply of of hangers in closets. Overall a pleasant stay. Driveway space somewhat limited for visitors. Suggestions: Note said cushions were available, but were not found, but were there the previous year. Guest bath tub drain was plugged with hair at beginning of stay.

The home was the perfect amount of space for our family of five. The layout with primary bedroom on one side, and two bedrooms on the other, each with their own baths, was great. The living space was a super comfortable gathering spot. I left a voice mail during weekday business hours and my call was not returned. The issue was ants on the property who were very keen on getting into our food. They seemed to prefer sugar and completely infested a closed box of cereal. I did move food and put as much as possible in the refrigerator, which helped, although I did still see some ants around. I was wondering if the ant bait/traps might need to be replaced?

Fantastic location; property is just as shown in pictures. Cute decor, great backyard and fire pit. Well-equipped+ bikes, which is a nice touch.

This was our first time in the Douglas/Saugatuck area so we were not sure how convenient our location would be when we booked this house. We were thrilled to find that we were minutes to everything! You could walk to the quaint little town of Douglas or ride one of the bikes that were available at the house. The house was nicely laid out with wonderful amenities. We enjoyed the back deck and fire pit, but make sure you load up on the bug spray because the bugs are bad this time of year. There is a grill but be sure to bring charcoal because it is not a propane grill. We actually grilled our hamburgers over the open fire by using a grate that was available near the grill. We only used the two bedrooms with the queen beds. The beds have a mattress but no box spring and are very hard. That was something that we had trouble adjusting to but it was only for 5 nights and everything else about the property was wonderful!

This house was perfect. Small, but perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Perfect distance to town and oval beach. They had a handful of bikes that you can take and watch sunset on the bluffs. The outdoor space was perfect and super private. We felt at home and will definitely come back.

Great spot! Very cute place and very clean. Everything we needed was provided. We loved the cute yard as well. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Great little vacation home close to everything. Easy walk to Downtown Douglas. Short 5 minute drive to Saugatuck. Grocery is just around the corner. It is in close proximity to ice cream shop, brewery, few restaurants and a convenience store. House is a little on the small side but has good function and 3 bedrooms which our family needed. Front stairs really need some reinforcement and the rear deck needs some work but the inside of house was recently remodeled and done very well. Would not hesitate to use this home for our next visit. Process for booking, check in and check out was very easy.

The house was well stocked with everything you would need. The rooms were good sizes and the property was nice. The floors were really dirty. You could tell it had been cleaned but the floor maybe was only mopped with water and no cleanser because our feet were all black in the bottom on the first day. We loved how close it was to the downtown area.

It is a nice, clean home in an excellent location! It is decorated in bright, unique decor, and all rooms are spacious. We traveled with four adults and three children, and it was plenty of space. The beds are all very comfortable. The location is perfect. It is only minutes from Oval Beach and the incredibly charming town of Saugutuck. It is also a short driving distance from Holland and South Haven. The entire trip exceeded our expectations, and we will return!

This house is so lovely and worked perfectly for our family. It's just a beautiful house and so close to everything so we could walk to the store and to food and just all around. The back porch is perfect for sitting out with coffee and there is a lovely wooded path in the back that's fun to walk around. Would absolutely stay here again. It was our first time staying in Douglas instead of Saugatuck and I think I might prefer that in the future because it was so peaceful and serene. Wonderful home.

smartly designed very stylish and well appointed.

We were attending a wedding in Fennville and this turned out to be a great location to the event. The one floor layout was just what we were looking for. Due to rain, we weren't able to use the outside fire pit. Barb and Mista were exceptional at check-in and check-out. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a vacation home in a quiet setting.

We had a great time staying in this inspiring place! We loved it and would stay here again in the future! Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Three of us had a fabulous time here! Loved the yard and fire pit, the decor was super cute, rooms were comfy and clean, Barb was in good communication leading up to the trip and there are lots of great places to eat/drink/explore within a few blocks/miles. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here. We appreciated that the realty office was quick to replace lightbulbs that weren't working when we arrived. The outdoor space out back was a plus. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the end of our night. The location is great. Quick drive to downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck and Oval Beach. I even walked to Oval beach for a little added exercise in my day and it was under an an hour. (45 min?) Appreciated having Netflix available to us when the kids wanted to watch a movie one morning before heading to the beach. All in all, a good experience.

Wonderful house for a group. Unfortunately the sheets hadn't been changed (the beach sand in the bed was a dead giveaway) and the bathrooms were not cleaned (e.g. razor from prior guest left on tub and toilet was dirty). Would give it more stars if cleaned properly because it's so cute and such a great location.

A great place to stay. We liked being in the smaller town of Douglas that offered several good restuarants, a nice park and hundreds of beautiful homes to admire. Bike riding galore, LakeShore Drive with beach access was close by. Saugatuck, a 5 minute bike ride, offered multitudes of shopping , restuarants and entertainment. We loved it all!
