We had such a great time. This place is amazing, and so is Rex. We would recommend staying here!

I can't say enough about our trip! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! The accomodations were SPOT ON PERFECT! If you have a large group, this is the place you want.......7bed/7bath? Who does that???? And the deer? My mother was so overjoyed when we came back from the Shops in Wimberley. We counted at least 10 or more at the feeder on the property! Just a beautiful place. I promise you won't be disappointed. You can bet, we WILL return,.....Hopefully. Rex was super to work with. The deers come to feed twice daily. It's just a great place all around😁. I cant say enough about it. WE ALL LOVED IT& didn't want to leave. Loved the BIG table. It accomodated all of us playing games. Enjoy every minute, it ends too quick!

We had an EXCELLENT time at the Lazy H Lodge. The bedrooms and beds were nice, cool, and comfortable, each attached bathroom was clean, had hot water and high pressure showers, and more than enough towels and travel toiletries if you forgot something. The upstairs suite is HUGE with its own living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and walk-in closet. The indoor kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed, and the outdoor kitchen and barn gave us enough space to cook, play games, and watch movies. Just secluded enough off the main roads to enjoy nature and the wildlife, but also close enough to town to resupply anything we needed. And the owner and his pup Indy were just the kindest people who were ready to help with anything we needed. Definitely recommended, can't wait to come back next year.

We stayed here with a group of friends, it was nice to have so many bedrooms and each with a private bath. This place has lots to do - fire pit, hot tub, space for outdoor games, large dining table for meals and indoor games. It has a kitchen on the main and a kitchenette upstairs, and having that extra fridge really helped! The hosts are very helpful and responsive. We've been doing this annual couples' getaway for a number of years, this place will be high on the list to come back to.

This was a perfect spot for a get together with our four adult kids. The cold tub was a huge hit with everyone

We were a group of 16 and we had so much room in this spacious house. Each of the seven Rustic themed rooms had their own full bathroom. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and very clean! We will definitely be back!!

Our group of 16 really enjoyed this property...it was very spacious and semi-secluded. The kids enjoyed playing outdoors (tag, hide-n-seek, sports, hot tub and redneck pool) and had so much fun with all of the space to roam. We all enjoyed the large dining table for meals and nightly boardgames. The beds were very comfortable. Owners were very nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Everything was amazing ! Host was super friendly and responded in a timely manner . Home was perfect for my big family of 18 people . We will definitely be returning for the next family reunion . Thank you for everything again ! 😀

Paradise, just enough privacy for our large family gathering. We especially enjoyed the property amenities. The hot tub and cold dunk was much enjoyed by all. Rex was informative and accommodating. Every kitchen gadget, toiletry, and seating areas you could possibly need. We appreciated the wildlife observation areas and camp atmosphere too. I would characterize the weekend as just enough relaxation.

Spent 4 nights with family celebrating my husband’s birthday and Easter. Was perfect 👍🏻Not fancy but an authentic hill country home with plenty of space and entertaining areas for 16 of us - plus a few extra day guests. Rex was very responsive and most helpful with the one small issue we had. Can’t ask for more than that in a host. Would return again.

Everyone has their own bathroom and mini fridge. Very well apportioned and clean. Nice location with friendly owners

Perfect spot for 7 girlfriends who gathered for a weekend retreat. The location and amenities were just what we wanted for our time together. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked and accommodated multiple cooks. Beds were comfortable. We will be back!

My family (11 adults) loved staying at the Lazy H! A laid back and relaxing location with plenty of features on the property. We all loved watching the deer feeding 2x daily. Took advantage of the jacuzzi and the activity building. They were great hosts, always available if needed. We took boats on the lake, ziplined in Wimberly, and hiked, so there are plenty of things to do when not relaxing or playing family games in the large living room. Definitely recommend!

This is a GREAT place for a large gathering! Plenty of room for everyone to be together and plenty of space to get away from the crowd if you need to. Kitchen was very well equipped, house was clean and super comfortable. Host was immediately responsive. We had a great time with family for my husband's birthday.

Great Space for all to have their own rooms and bathrooms, the outdoor spaces were awesome! We really enjoyed the pavillon and the hot tub! The beds were comfortable and the owners are very responsive and helpful! We look forward to renting here again!

Took our family. My three sons and their wives. Their children six grandchildren in total. We really enjoyed the house there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the outside Pavilion we took a fuse of the outside kitchen every morning for breakfast. Kids were able to run and play there is plenty of room for everyone. It was quite the experience we saw Wild game every morning and evening the children all enjoyed. We definitely would go back and recommend this to anyone. Rex and Kathy were great hosts. Helpful for anything that we needed.

The house was clean and comfortable! The individual rooms & bathrooms-amazing! The property is so fun! Much to see and do right there! Was worried about not being on the water-the pool delivered!!! Rex & Kathy have built something amazing!! We will be back!!

Thoroughly enjoy our stay at the Lazy H. The separate bedrooms/bathrooms were a plus. Rex and Indy and were awesome hosts and we look forward to coming back soon.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was kept clean and had all the essentials and plenty of space for us 6 couples traveling together. We loved being greeted by lovely deer roaming the property morning and night each day. Outstanding house, grounds, location and friendly hosts. We can't wait to come back again! Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful weekend at Rex's place. There's an apartment-like upstairs area with a king bed, private bathroom, and a small kitchen with a fridge, coffeemaker, etc. Each of the bedrooms downstairs all had private entrances and private full bathrooms. Each room has its own a/c unit. We appreciated the giant table that seated all of us! Kitchen was well-stocked. Wish we could've taken advantage of the outdoor areas - they've got a really cute place. It was just too cold the weekend we were there. Hoping we can go back for our next retreat!

We had an awesome time, Rex was very nice, friendly and helpful. The house is excellent to stay in with family. Plenty of room for us to sleep and eat together. It was so beautiful outside, it was very well kept. An excellent place to get together.

What an amazing and fun time we had at this place. We held a family weekend to celebrate November birthdays and to gather as a family. The Lazy H accommodated our family perfectly. Super clean! Lots to see and do in the area. Highly recommend.

Our trip has grown from 3 of us my boys and I to now 16 ... 12 made the trip. Lazy H was just perfect for us. Each couple had their own room w showers ... The kitchen and table for 12 was super! There was plenty of outdoor space for the kids to run and have fun with seating all over the grounds. An awesome hill country experience for all of us. My Kids said Dad you knocked it out of the park with this place! Thanks Rex & Kathy for sharing Lazy H Lodge with us. We will return again. Did I mention the upatairs suite was an entire apartment! We had a nice visit at the Lazy H Lodge. It was nice that each family could have a room and the addition of the 'bunk room" allowed the children to have their own space. Individual bathrooms with each room was spectacular! We enjoyed all of the outside seating. The kitchen was well stocked..with a pantry large enough to store anything you brought out of sight Our only disappointment was the large group inside seating area was upstairs - since we sat outside most of the time, (the weather was cool and breezy with low humidity) it was okay...but a leisure seating downstairs would have been great. We also brought in chairs from outside so we could enjoy the inside space. We enjoyed our stay - so close to so many things. The host provided us with assistance as needed - quickly and greeted us upon arrival. He also loaned us an air compressor for blowing up tubes for the river and worms for fishing. The house was great for what we needed and we enjoyed our week together. I would highly recommend this place for your next family trip or a ladies group vacation. The outside areas are amazing - just sitting around the "redneck pool" was cool and the kids enjoyed putting their feet in. We had a campfire in another location outside and the kids enjoyed some ping pong in the pavilion. I would book this place again!...very nice and enjoyed by all.- It was a relaxing week which is what we wanted and needed!
