I stayed here during the first week of october and it was fantastic! Very clean, amazing views from the cabin, and in the middle of many attractions. Hosts were very kind and responsive to any communication. Additionally, this cabin was easy to get access as well when we got there (i.e. ramps can be used instead of stairs) Highly recommended. No complaints.

We were looking for a place with a view since we have a toddler and wanted to enjoy the scenery after baby went to bed. Beautiful view straight out the lake. We spent the whole day at Porcupine Mountains, this is a great place if you are visiting the Porkies. The room was perfect and host was a super fast responded and gave great recommendations for dinner.

Wonderful property ran by amazing host Dominic. A lot of wonderful things to do in the area, especially if you like to hike the backwoods. We rented one of the smaller room/hotel type cabins. Two adults and a child and still had enough room to "chill" at night. Would definitely go again! Thanks to Dom for a wonderful time!

Was right on the lake, which i was looking for. My next stay im brining a snow machine the hill climb back up pulling a flip over was a task. We enjoyed our stay would go again

Great room. Toasty warm was great for our winter get away....very clean and comfortable. Liked Lake access for getting our snowmobile onto the lake!!!

Wife and I came up snowmobiling for a long weekend. Was a nice little room, I wouldn’t do more than 2 in this room, but it was clean and had a nice TV…. Bed was comfy as well. I’d stay here again!

Reasonable price, great location for snowmobileing, closer to home for me.on a long weekend, recommend 4 wheel drive in this whole area in the winter time.

Room was nice. Excellent shower. Could use more shelf space. Well lit for finding your way home at night.

I only needed a place to lay my head for two nights while ice fishing the lake and this served it well. I didn’t fully know what to expect as the listing isn’t very descriptive. What you get is one twin bed, a small sofa and a bath in what is likely under 200 square feet of space. It is one unit in what I believe is a small fourplex. You do have to go up, then down some wooden stairs to get to the entry on the lake side of the unit. The stairs were a bit slippery with packer snow stuck to them. I used the shovel they had provided to scrap them a bit cleaner. The unit was very clean, had cute cabin decor and felt comfortable and homey. Apple Maps won’t get you to the address but google maps gets you closer. Although the listed states it will accommodate three, I wouldn’t recommend anymore than a couple. It did have a mini fridge and a coffee pot, but keep in mind there is no kitchenette or food prep or storage space. This works if you’re planning to eat your meals out as I was on your trip. As long as you’re ok with small, it’s a good value for the money with a pretty view of the lake.

Once arrived it was great, super quiet and beautiful scenery. The cabin was very clean and had the essentials that we needed. FYI you do have access to the fire pit outside so that was nice to enjoy as well. Will definitely keep this lodging in mind for future U.P. Trips!

We brought our kayaks in hopes of doing a little fishing, we went out but I believe we misjudged the size of the lake. It was beautiful to kayak but the fishing was not ideal. We would stay again and recommend to friends, we were very happy with our choice. We were happy with everything and the owners were really nice

Cleanliness! Room was very clean and sanitary. Room was beautiful and cozy. Heaters worked great. Shower was excellent! Hot water and good pressure.

The view was nice to the lake. Nobody was expecting us when we arrived. They were even surprised when we pulled in. The outside garbage cans were full. Wasn’t very clean on the outside.

We stayed at caston blast May 9th through 13th 2021. The room was remodeled nicely and very clean. Very good communication with the manager. I would recommend this place and I would stay there again!
