Very quiet location in a small artist village between Lychen and Templin (about 10km from each). Very friendly hosts who were quiet willing to supply what little items were missing in the kitchen or apartment. We did not approach the hosts about items listed below (fridge & showerheads) since those were not the kind of thing that was easily fixed and/or should have been taken care of ahead of renting the apartment.

The main issues were 1) the poor condition of the little fridge (it no shelves, not even in the door, so everything had to sit on top of each other). 2) the poorly functioning shower heads. It was impossible to switch from over-head shower head to hand-held shower head AND the over-head one was leaking instead of really spraying through its nozzles, so they probably simply needed cleaning/a soaking in vinegar to work again. 3) the tiny sky lights in bedroom, bathroom and kitchen part of living room. This meant that there wasn't much light coming in, not much air movement unless it was windy nor could one really look out of those skylights (Dachfenster) because they were so tiny. 4) the apartment was advertised as having 2 bedrooms and a dishwasher, neither of it fits the actual apartment though these 2 things were less of a problem that #1-3. And a small issue that was more a matter of personal preference> The fact that the apartment had not afternoon/evening light (big living room windows faced east and skylights offered very little light, no view to the west at all).
