The house is so close to the beach. Its got a nice backyard with a dock. Great for fishing or just relaxing. The beds are really comfy. The kitchen has all the basics and we had plenty of room. Its within walking distance to several great restaurants and a bakery as well. We would love to come stay again!

Our family enjoyed are 3 day stay. The backyard setting with the view of the intercoastal was so relaxing. Great location to restaurants, the beach and other activities. The house was well stocked and the hosts were great with communication during our stay. Thank you again for making our vacation so enjoyable.

This house was the perfect homebase for our party of 6 with various vacation preferences. Everyone got what they wanted: a 2-minute walk to the beach (toys/equipment included), tennis courts across the street (pickleball set included), and a private dock (with paddleboards!) giving access to the bay. The house was very clean and comfortable with strong AC and ceiling fans in each room. Big trees in the backyard provided shade and privacy, and no pesky bugs ruined your time outside. The covered porch with a grill was a great additional space to gather. Even better was the kitchen (surely stocked by a mom), which allowed us to make homecooked meals with ease. We also appreciated the number of shops and restaurants only a walk or short bike ride away. Thank you so much to the phenomenal manager and homeowners for one of our family's favorite Florida stays! (And we come to Florida a lot)

Perfect three night stay - looking for quiet time to relax with a little beach mixed in. Breakfast every morning in the back by the dock was great - so peaceful watching the birds working and hearing the fish jumping. Lizards were also fun to watch! Less than five minutes walk to the beach - so easy and the beach wasn’t crowded this time of year. Easy walks to restaurants and bars with a cheap Uber if you just don’t feel like walking. Neighborhood was quiet and the house fully stocked. Just what we needed.

Location, location, location! This rental was perfectly situated to the beach and local restaurants and shops, all within minutes. The house was clean, inviting, and had all the amenities desired. The backyard view was picture perfect and relaxing. Our only regrets were not staying longer! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, except for the signs opposing rentals that were scattered throughout. The house backyard view was so beautiful, but needed some love to the landscaping to make the space that much more plush.

Amazing sunrise view each morning from the dock ... and we were fortunate to see 3 dolphins the very first day! The beach was just a short walk. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our girls weekend. We rented a golf cart to explore the area and found the community to be very friendly. Communication with the hosts was great - very quick responses! It was a short stay, but totally relaxing and fun ... and we plan to visit again next year!

Property was clean and as described in the ad. Beach was less than a 4 minute walk and the intercostal is in your backyard. Overall a great location. We did day trips to st Pete and Clearwater. This house was located between the two, about 15 minutes from each.

Our daughter and granddaughters were visiting from Minnesota, so this was a great house for us. We liked the well-supplied kitchen, large table for playing games, location, and backyard. The house was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a fluke summer-like storm in the area the whole time we were there, which is, of course, nothing against the house itself! We did worry that the water in the bay might go over the retaining wall, but everything ended up being fine. The owner was great to communicate with. I felt the need to let them know the house survived the storm! We did see one dolphin once despite the weather. If we'd have been able to enjoy the beach, this house would have been even more ideal. It provided the closeness without the extra-high prices that a house on the beach would come with.

Walking distance to the beach and restaurants was great. Back patio furniture needed to be washed down before we could sit on it. Back yard was nice, but not completely fenced in, so be careful with pets and little ones. Listing states there is a hot tub, there is not. Most neighbors had yard signs opposing renters, so not very welcoming. Overall, we had a good family Christmas there.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation with our adult children. House was exactly as described. Water view was amazing and we spent a lot of time in the back yard.

We had a great stay at this place. Unfortunately one of our dogs did some damage to the property and the property manager was quick to respond. Would stay again since we loved the location and it was perfect for boating as well.

First of all, communication with the owners is very easy and they made our experience worry free. The home is clean and well furnished. It is also right by the beach and restaurants. There is also a park across the street where you can play tennis, basketball, etc. There are 3 bedrooms and plenty of space to move around. It was such a relaxing stay for us. We will be staying here again real soon!

Great location, house was perfect, owners had great communication. We went deep sea fishing and cooked the fish, made a cake and a complete meal for the birthday party. I brought a cake pan, but the house was well appointed with everything we needed.

We enjoyed our beach getaway at the Flipflop House. The beach was a quick walk from the house via a convenient beach access across Gulf Blvd. We loved how the beach was at the north end of IRB and we could enjoy walks along IRB and Bellair Beach. The house provided and we took advantage of many of its amenities. My daughter tried out the paddle board on the intercoastal water. We utilized the beach buggy and chairs but chose to bring our own canopy for more shade. The kitchen was well equipped and we utilized the gas grill twice. Having coffee in the backyard looking out over the water each morning made me feel that I had finally dialed in to my relaxation mode. Short stay but mission accomplished!

Easy walk to the beach, the house was clean and comfortable, and met all of our needs. We'd happily go back here.

The house was as listed and clean. It was a great location to the beach and a beautiful view of the inter coastal from the backyard. The owner was responsive for a few questions during our stay. Will definitely return.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for families with younger kids. The house is nice and comfy with just the right amount of space (we had 4 adults and 3 kids). Great backyard with room to play and we saw dolphins numerous times right off the end of the dock. Park across the street was great for a break from the beach. Beach is a very short walk. House has everything you need to take to the beach (chairs, umbrella, toys) and a cart to pull it all in. Had a great stay.

Everything you need to stay and close to the beach

Hosts were great and the house was comfortable and had all supplies we needed. View in the backyard of the cove with sunrise & sunsets was relaxing and amazingly beautiful. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms can use updating but everything was in good working order. I would stay again. Entire family and pets enjoyed it. Teens enjoyed park across the street. Neighborhood setting was nice.

The house is very welcoming with special homey touches. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great places to eat within walking distance. The fresh mangos were a huge bonus! I had coffee on the dock every morning. I really loved our stay! Wish the rain had stayed away.
