Beautiful condo and views. We had some difficulties using elevator when arrived. Other people were given code also but when using code wouldn’t work. Other person called mgr. No code needed. Just manually push buttons. * but obviously that has nothing to do with unit. Daily military jet flyovers, which we enjoyed watching. Beautiful beach. Considering was spring break…not a busy, packed beach. We would consider renting here again

Had an absolutely wonderful time with our family!! Was a beautiful condo with tons of space, amazing views and every amenity one could want. It was the nicest accommodation we have ever had on a trip. We have been to the Florida panhandle 3 times in the last few years and we and our kids all agree this was the best trip of them all due to this location and accommodation. We were also really impressed with how responsive and helpful Christy with Warren Beach Rentals was when we needed help with a parking pass for our accessibility trailer we use to haul our son’s equipment. We are already talking about our next trip!!

I will give Warren Beach Rentals a five star rating! We have stayed in PCB several times and have had bad experiences with management companies. WBR provided great customer service and was always quick to respond to any of our small issues. The condo views are unbeatable. The pictures are very accurate. We especially liked the fact that the condo is small in size and feels very private. The location to St. Andrews Park was perfect. The beach (always beautiful) seems much more quiet than the beaches in front of the mega unit condos in the area. We had a couple of small issues when we first arrived. When reported, the issues were solved immediately and without question. My only negative was that we were charged 2 cleaning fees for a 2 month stay. When I questioned this charge I was told that policy no longer exists but was in place at the time I booked. I have booked through WBR for next year and was not charged 2 fees so I’m glad they changed this policy. The condo kitchen was well supplied with good quality dishes and pots and pans. The appliances seemed new and of good quality. The furniture shows a bit of age and the decor a bit outdated but again was as pictured. I would stay here again, no questions.

The view in this condo is amazing! It was clean and everything was nice. Beds could use an update they were very hard. Parking was difficult because they were doing some painting on the outside of the building and they blocked off so many parking spots we had no where to park. Other than those few issues our stay was effortless. We had issues with our door code when we arrived but they returned our call quickly and it was our mistake.

Very spacious and has comfortable, cozy couches/bed. Curtains need upgrading but definitely would stay here again. Family friendly. Nice pool. Quick to help with any issues and great communication

We really loved our stay at this place. It was clean. And even the sheets were very nice. The check in was the best, the communication was good too. We really loved the beach. This area is slow and relatively quiet, perfect for families with small children. The only complaint is for the kitchen pots and pans. The pots and pans seemed to be 'dollar store' quality gone bad... For family like ours, we did most of the cooking at home, so that was a bit stressful. And the knifes.... just go buy yourself one good one. Tea kettle was broken, but the management got a new one for us the next day. But I didn't think they'd change all of the pans and pots... although, we didn't ask. But, besides that, the place was really nice, and clean, which was a pleasant surprise for us.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at the Grand Surf 7W. We will be back.

My family and I loved this condo. So clean and beautiful. The view of the beach every morning and evening was amazing. Warren Beach Rentals is a great management company and made sure we had everything we needed.

Our family had an amazing time at Grande Surf. The condo is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and on the quieter end of PCB. We had no issues with parking. The best parts by far were the incredible view from the balcony and living room and the low density of the complex. The pool was never crowded. We never had to wait on the elevator. The beach never felt crowded. We cannot wait to come back to Grande Surf. Warren Beach Rentals were also a pleasure to book with.

Condo is awesome! Beach is much less crowded than other areas in PCB. The only issue we had was the elevator was done a few times and 7 flights of stairs is a lot! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views coupled with convenient and clean accommodations. Our family of four enjoyed waking up to having a cup of coffee while overlooking the beautiful beach. We saw dolphins and a loggerhead sea turtle. With only two units per floor high rise felt surprisingly low key and relaxed. Elevator waiting was very minimal Beach never felt crowded and the water was warm and clear We particularly liked venturing to St. Andrew State park about a five minute drive away. We went snorkeling at the jetty and walking the beach. Overall I would recommend particularly for those that enjoy being right on the beach

Location is great, the lower grand is more calm. Condo was clean and felt very relaxing.

This place was above and beyond what I expected. We came during spring break and the private beach was so calm and not busy! A perfect getaway indeed!

Great property for family visit! Wonderful gulf view, clean and nicely located on the water.

Overall the stay was excellent! Property management was very responsive to the few hiccups we had! The only issues were actually things that would be under the HOA's responsibility, and even then the prop mgmt was very responsive. Super quiet, low density condo that is perfect for those who want to be close enough to enjoy all of the PCB attractions but away from the craziness and younger crowd.

This was a perfect spot to get away for fall break. The condo was beautiful but the view was even better!! We’ll definitely be back!!

We loved the beautiful, nearly private beach! This condo is very spacious, decorated beautifully, clean and very up to date. Everything went smoothly the entire time and the privacy was perfect. We highly recommend Grande Surf 7 West!

Every thing was seamless as far as checking in and out. We loved the privacy of the property and all of the space. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It was clean and the views were breathtaking. We loved this place and will definitely be back next year!

This place was wonderful! My husband and I were very pleased with how it match the photos and how clean it was!! The walk to the beach was not bad at all from this property!! We will definitely be coming back!

We had plenty of room. The condo was facing the beach we had beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It was very clean and had everything you would need to make your stay relaxing. We will definitely be coming back next year.

The condo was very spacious and beautiful inside- We loved the size of the bathroom. Entire condo looks just like the pics except the lighting is darker in real life inside (which is better anyway because it shaded the sunlight from being too hot inside). Beautiful and spacious balcony that overlooked the ocean. Wonderful view! Could have used more of a deep cleaning though-out but I come from a family of cleaners, so I maybe a bit bias. My husband thought it was very clean. 😃 Great location, away from the crowd. Very quiet. The neighborhood outside vicinity has more older buildings in the area… the newer more upscale area is closer to Pier Park. Still we had a great time! The owner was very responsive to me when I had questions. Definitely a great place for a beach vacation!

Had an amazing stay with family at Christmas. This condo was indeed 7th Heaven and we enjoyed every minute. The property was clean and the unit was the cleanest we have ever stayed in, Kudos to the cleaning staff. Warren Beach Rentals was kind and helpful, even got us a list of restaurants open for Christmas. The views and space in this condo are just jaw dropping. I dont think the photos really do it justice. Loved it, and cant wait to return.

Easy check-in. Beautiful, comfortable & clean condo. Quiet stay. Easy beach/pool access. Great location. I would stay here again. Nearly no-wait on elevators - which is a rarity in PCB condos. The kitchen pots/pans need replacing (as they were in bad shape). Other than that, the kitchen was well-appointed. Parking is a challenge; it seems that parking for this unit is across the (not busy) street. The big tv in the den has connection problems & we could not watch cable. Usually not a problem- but the Braves were in the playoffs(!) I told property management & they advised us to contact maintenance. We did, but maintenance was unresponsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grande Surf Club! The condo was even nicer in person that in the photos. We loved the area and the beach was perfect! The condo was stocked with anything we needed, loved the full size washer and dryer, and the living room furniture was fabulous!! We will definitely be staying again!!

This was a great property overlooking the beach, with a great pool and private parking. The unit itself was fantastic, great space and if we were to move down there and could afford to buy, it would be where we would invest. Lots of stuff to do in the area, but the property was a quiet getaway at the end of the day. Some tips: Publix, not Walmart. Pontoon Lagoon for dolphin jetski tour. Grayton Beach for day trip. Bring a canopy tent. Have fun!
