Sea Woods is a great facility with three pools (1 heated), tennis , pickleball and various walking paths. Just a short walk to a great beach on the ocean. Sentry does a great job of responding to any issues that may occur and quickly resolve problems. We have rented this same unit for four years and are planning on being back again next year. Would like to see start of some modernization / upgrades to furnishings thru out the unit as an ongoing project. A little something each year would definitely lend itself to a better getaway experience. Would highly recommend using Sentry for booking and would definitely recommend Sea Woods for a getaway

I stayed at the condo for two nights. Upon pulling into the parking lot it was a great combo of privacy with a wood environment and the beach feel. It was so quiet and relaxing only hearing the sounds of crickets. Upon entering the unit it was very clean and had a cute vibe. The location was great as we could walk to the beach which was just a short walk or drive across the main road to a small public parking area. The restaurants around the area were all delicious and the beach was super relaxing. I will definitely come back. again to the same unit the next time I visit Mew Smyrna Beach

Unit very accommodating. Clean, lots of room. Veranda nice for sitting out in evenings and having no insects. Lots to see and do in the area. Unit has all necessary amenities for both a short stay and a long stay. Pool areas nice for lounging and for families. If issues do arise Sentry takes care of them immediately. Have been in this unit for two years and have booked again for next winter.

Roaches in the kitchen, all alive. Bug and/or chameleon droppings in drawers and cabinets, need better pest control. Large rat encountered in open corridor leading to unit

Very nice place and very clean. Was able to book right away since the AC went out in the first place we were staying. Great location to the beach and had everything you needed for a day of fun in the sun

We were very happy with the unit we stayed at over Labor Day weekend. It was immaculate, had an incredible patio, and had everything we needed to have a memorable holiday weekend. The kitchen was stocked so we were able to cook great family meals, and the location was convenient to EVERYTHING. A short walk to beautiful family beach, a short drive to shops restaurants. We would highly recommend this company and hope to return soon.

Property had everything you need in a kitchen to cook up a family meal after a great day at the beach. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach and the property was kept very clean. It was a great weekend and we hope to be back.

Sea Woods is a great place to stay with three pools (one heated), pickleball, tennis , walking trails and many more amenities not found in many other locations. Verandas are very nice and well stocked, furnishings are up to date and kitchen was tastefully done. Had a minor water issue that was taken care of right away. In addition to verandas property has villas, condos and houses available. Folks are very friendly and helpful and very courteous. Staff at Sentry Management very helpful when called upon to answer issues and keep you up to date thru out your visit. Will continue to arrange our vacation each winter thru Sentry and plan is to continue to come to Sea Woods for three months each winter.

Pricing, pricing, pricing. With all the subcharges the actual cost of the rental was double the advertized price. We were charged by your company for VRBO, then a separate bill was sent by VRBO for another charge. That is bad business.
Unit was very clean and close to beach and shopping. We were very happy with the accomandations.

Overall the unit was very nice.as previously discussed Both toilets and the dishwasher were dirty and required major cleaning by myself in order to bring them to acceptable standards. I believe you were bringing this to the housekeepings attention.
The shower in the master was showing signs of potential mold/mildew.
Other than these items, the unit was very nice and made our stay very enjoyable. I would also add that the staff of Sentry were very pleasant to deal with and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to our family and friends( which we already have).
Thank you all for helping my spouse and I to have another wonderful stay at Sea Woods! We hope to visit again next year.

Delightful Beach Condo in New Smyrna
We enjoyed our stay at this condo in New Smyrna Beach. Everything was very clean, check-in/check-out was easy, and we found the condo to be quiet, comfortable, and in a great location.

Fantastic location!
Wonderful place! It had everything we needed, down to a little cooler, beach chairs and beach towels to take to the beach! Just a 3-4 minute walk to the ocean. The layout was perfect, we will definitely return!

We love Sea Woods!
We love staying on this property. The shade from the trees, tennis, pools, pretty walking trail and easy access to the beach make it superb!

Overall a good stay, except the beds!
Overall our 3 day stay was good. The property is spacious for a family of 4. The communication with the property manager was on time and clear.
House is good space-wise, but is quite outdated. Dried plants and decorations displayed around house are dusty and are not well-suited for ppl with dust sensitivities. My 15yo son by day 2 started sneezing and had itchy eyes.
Our only complain is the beds. The mattress are covered in plastic! The bed sheets are pretty basic (low quality) and fitted sheets were kept sliding off through the nights and finding ourselves sleeping on plastic sheets of the mattress in a FL heat& humidity.
If owner can remove the plastic sheets off the mattress the guest will have restful nights as we all deserve!

Perfect beach stay
This condo had so much to offer - ground floor spotlessly clean updated condo that was equipped with everything one would need! The beds were fantastic - great screen porch- wonderful!

Great Place
Fantastic place to stay nestled in the woods one block from beach. Clean property exactly as advertised with full amenities available including beach chairs. Close to great restaurants including Taste of Italy and Sal that’s been there for over 30 years.
Stayed here for a baseball tournament in Sanford. Drive to ballpark was easy and pleasant. Highly recommended place just a short walk from family beach. Will definitely visit again.
