Door lock broke early in stay. The company didn’t listen to my explanation so when they sent someone to fix it, he fixed the door that wasn’t broken. We were unable to lock our front door for a full day. The place has the bare and I mean bare necessities. 1 roll of paper towels for a 4 day stay. 1 towel per person and only 1 laundry detergent. Bare essentials in kitchen. Overall good stay but these little things could have made it better.

Over alll it was "fine" but really cheaply firnished and only very bare minimum in the kitchen.
In addition we had these issues:
Fan in bunk bed room is ridiculously loud. Remote doesnt work in laster bedroom. Living room remote didnt have a back so batteries kept falling out.
Ice machine in fridge didnt work at all, despite maintenance trying to fix it.
Futon is terrible. Seriously 2 bars poke your back!
Towel rack in main room keeps falling.
No dust pan with the broom
Dirt devil doesnt work
Back door does not close right
Front door has a huge gap.
Master bed is hard as a rock.

Enjoyed our stay in this nice unit. Good location where you can easily walk to the beach.Definitely need to have more towels available for guests. Some pans and cookie sheets should be replaced. Quite nice overall!

Great space for two families with young kids. Close to the beach. Unit is on the end with reserved parking close by which was nice when we were hauling all of our stuff in and out.

Our stay at Padre Beach View was a positive experience. The unit was clean when we arrived. The pictures accurately portrayed the space. There was plenty of room for our family when they visited. There is some noise from the street so if you are a light sleeper you might want to choose a different unit. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Padre Escapes was very helpful when we had questions.

The property was what I expected but I was disappointed that the light under the vent/over the stove was not working. One of the kitchen lights was also out. It was hard preparing meals in a dimly lit kitchen. The beds were uncomfortable and loud. If you moved the mattresses made a loud sound. The toilet in the master bedroom was clogged and slow draining. We avoided using it. The blinds in the doors were tricky to use and seem to be breaking down. Given that we were there 5 days/4 nights we did not have enough towels. Thankfully we didn't have the 10 people the unit is advertised to accommodate or we would have been sharing damp towels. I got detergent and washed the towels so not a huge deal. A universal remote control would be easier to use versus the 3 remotes in the living room. I also couldn't figure out how to start the dishwasher but that may have been operator error. The location made up for the inconveniences. Close to the beach but not so close that there is sand everywhere. The reservation process seems to be automated so easy enough.

This unit was rented for the bridal party for my daughters wedding. There was more than enough space for the bride, her 3 bridesmaids and two flower girls- children of 2 of the bridesmaids. Space for all to get ready, sort the flowers on the island and dining table, etc. This unit was lovely, clean, convenient to the wedding location on the beach. Everyone raved about this unit the most. Everyone also loved the view of the water from the bedroom upstairs. Was a perfect choice!

House overall decent but area horrible
House was okey, fairly clean. Beds small (full) and mattresses very uncomfortable. Blinds white, bedrooms very sunny, impossible to sleep in. AC unit couldn’t cool off the house. Beaches horrible, cars are parked at the beach, right next to the water. You sit next to hot and smelly cars. Closest decent restaurant is in Corpus Christi downtown, 40min drive.

We had a great stay at this rental. It was clean, enough space, & we especially appreciated the big dining table. Location is just a 2 minute drive to the beach. There is a boardwalk, but we had small children so we drove. Would recommend and would stay here again.

1. One of the bathtub was clog and unusable. We called property manager at 7.00 pm. They said they can send someone next morning. We are group of 10 and one bathroom was not sufficient for shower. We have to cleaned the clog by ourselves. Though next day plumber do came
2. It was written fully equipped kitchen but blender was not working
3. Coffee machine also was almost unusable. We need to hold the coffee machine in a perticuler position to make coffee.
4. Kitchen roll was very cheap qualify. Impossible to wipe anything as it was melting wherever you touched it
5. It was written check out was 11 .00 am but all on a sudden cleaning crew came inside the house without any notice at 10.00 am
6. It was mentioned there was a footon for sleep in upstairs loft but the footon have a gap in between and almost impossible to sleep in it as it was very hard.

We had a lovely stay. We were a short walk to the beach. The condo was well appointed. Lines were comfortable. The master bedroom mattress was very loud and not very comfortable but the other beds were fine. The living and dining furniture were comfortable and in good condition. The pool was refreshing and in good shape except the day it was green but was resolved the next day. We did discover the master bath shower was leaking and the management company indicated they would have it fixed after we left due to the depth of work. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the usual things needed for meal prep and cooking. We did have to wash a few items before using as they had not been well cleaned. A warning of you have kids and they run around upstairs it is loud. It did not bother us as we saw it mentioned prior to our stay. Overall this is a nice property and management company was responsive and communicated well.
