Beautiful place, so sorry that I forgot to remove a few things from the refrigerator. I would definitely stay again.

This unit was clean and comfortable! We loved all the decor and the extras in the kitchen- cute Rae Dunn dishes! We will definitely stay here again.

House was nice and made you feel comfy from the moment we stepped in doors. They had cookies homemade on counter with a note. Only complaint while going to bed the bed was sandy was concerned like did they change the sheets. I checked the kids beds and they was same sandy as well.

Plenty of room, condo was clean. Nice to have the main suite & mini villa for the teens to have separate hangout. Condo was a short drive to the beach. Short drive to Calabash with lots of great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was in great condition - cookies were delicious- great location - close to beach and restaurants - had a wonderful time!

We needed some extra space while our kids and grandchildren were in town visiting us in Sea Trail! This condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The view is pretty! So easy to checkin! Thank you, we’ll be back!

The condo is fabulous and very clean, the area is beautiful in the pines with the close and easy drive to beach. Access to the indoor pool and outdoor was fun for all. Ate lunch in Houses onsite and food was fine. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee. Fully equipped kitchen (we wish we had had a portable mixer but nothing lost), loved the cute dishes!! Cookies were delicious upon arrival too. Beds were very comfortable and all linens great. A wonderful memorable vacation. Thank you so much and hope to come again.

It was well described and a very comfortable & clean condo. Robin was quick to reach out & see if we needed anything at all & answered a lot of questions for us. Thank you & we look forward to returning again soon!! :)

EXCELLENT

This condo is well equipped and close to everything. 5 min to the beach with free parking, fresh seafood, club house with jacuzzi indoors and lots of walking or biking trails. Host was informative and made lemon cake for my arrival. Thank you.

The condo and property owner were great. We stayed over Thanksgiving with our family and the unit exceeded our expectations. Will definitely stay again!

We loved this condo. It has so much room and so much natural light. The fresh banana muffins were amazing. I want that recipe. We will definitely be back. Robin was quick to respond to any questions.

Everything was as described/pictured or beyond! Robin was wonderfully responsive and everything was Just Right. If needed, we world stay again without hesitation- in fact we extended our stay an extra day Just Because! Excellent in every way.

Beautiful and comfortable unit

Everything was clean and ready to go. We had a great time in Sunset for a wedding.

In a nutshell: had to send owner reminder that i hadn't been given any check in instructions morning of. She immediately replied with instructions. We arrived about an hour early but were not allowed to check in because OWNER was cleaning. Not a big deal but would have been nice had she communicated this instead of ignoring the message until we got there. Instead, we went to grocery store and purchased supplies for week until check in time. Turned out we spent extra $$ for things that were already provided but not communicated. Things such as salt, pepper, sugar, dish soap, etc. While this is a nice touch on the owners part, it is nullified if you dont know ahead of time. Walked in to house with fresh baked cookies (nice touch and appreciated although during covid times we simply didn't feel comfortable eating what looked like otherwise yummy cookies!) Bedroom had prior guests sneakers left behind and hair in bathroom but was otherwise in decent shape. We purposely rented this unit because of the pool directly out front and having an infant with us. Unfortunately, there was not a drop of water in the pool and hadn't been for weeks. Again, not communicated. This was a super bummer however owner did her best to make it right after I voiced my displeasure and credited the pool fee for the use of a pool nearby. Location is wonderful. Beware that view from porch is street construction. Beds are comfortable. Dining and living room furniture is a bit outdated but in decent condition and comfortable as well. Dishes are very well stocked. Check out was "bizarre". Owner literally showed up at 10 AM on the dot. Not a minute later. I had the unit clean, including washing the sheets, pillowcases and towels the morning of checkout. I also washed our pajamas and had them in the dryer when owner showed up EXACTLY at 10 am. I had run out to get breakfast with my granddaughter while my daughter stayed behind to wait for the dryer. Our other stuff was already in car. I returned at 10:05 to my daughter on the sidewalk with our wet pajamas because she said the owner was less than pleasant and bizarrely made a claim that she was "worried the "cleaning lady" would show up". Huh?! Apparently she forgot that on check in day, SHE was the cleaning lady! Overall it is not a bad place to stay. I simply think a little communication would have gone a long way.... And the bizarre ending was enough to make me say it would be unlikely i would rent from her again.

Very nice unit and location

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo is lovely, modern, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fact that it includes a mini suite. The host was great! She left us home-baked muffins and replied quickly to all communications. We would definitely stay here again.

We had this for my parents who were visiting for a baptism. Excellent space with perfect amenities! Thank you and we will keep it in our favorite for future visits!!
