The property fit our family of 12 perfectly. Having a private drive was perfect to unload the cars and to travel during the week. In addition, the nearby streets had open spaces for our extra cars. Having a garage to place our beach items was convenient and having it stocked with extra items to enjoy was an added bonus. The location was a a perfect few steps from the beach and had a grocery store a block away across the street! The house had so much space, comfy beds, and an added basement room for the younger adults to hang out! The elevator was perfect for the older folks! The 3 balconies were amazing as well! Most importantly Erik was quick to answer questions and check in during our stay! Highly recommend!! We will be back again!! Made me want to move to the beach!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 children. All bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas are spacious. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, as well as be together all at once if desired. So many decks all with different views! A large two-car garage provided ample parking as well as additional space in the driveway. We had no problem fitting 4 cars. The house is within walking distance to multiple restaurants, a market, candy kitchen, "beach stores", and more. Most importantly, the beach is just a short walk away! The house was clean upon arrival and decorated beautifully. There was a pack n play and booster high chair available for use as well as tons of beach chairs, some sand toys, and a beach wagon! A ping pong table is located in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, cups, cooking utensils, etc. Two sets of washer/dryers! Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a small issue with one of the AC units one evening, however, Erik was extremely responsive and had the issue fixed very quickly. Our group had an amazing week and would love to come back in the future! We were so bummed out when we had to leave!

The house was perfect! Plenty of room for our family. The multiple living space and decks were great. Can't say enough about the tankless water heater and everyone being able to take hot showers. Also, the elevator made unloading and loading so much easier. The mid-town location is perfect. Just steps away from a wide uncrowded beach and a quick walk across Coastal Highway to a really nice market for just about anything we needed made this the perfect place for us.

We enjoyed an amazing stay here! So spacious and comfortable. Elevator was very handy. Kitchen was SO well stocked for cooking as well as serving a large group. Perfect, low traffic area of the beach- extra chairs and beach supplies in garage were a nice addition, as was the grill. Excellent communication from the owner through the whole process. Very highly recommend!

This beautiful townhouse was perfect for our family beach vacation. Just like home away from home, this house had everything and even a little bit more. The 'closet' elevator was a 'godsent' that made transportation of luggage and heavy coolers from the ground floor to their designated floor a breeze. With 2 washers and dryers, we didn't have to pack much clothes and keeping up with laundry was easy. Located midway beachside in Ocean City, the close proximity to Rick's grocery store, Domino's, AnnaBelle's BBQ, Shade Shack, Candy Kitchen and most of all the beach, made traveling on foot the mode of transportation. The neighborhood was quiet while we were there. We hope to visit again next year and continue to make family memories here!!
