Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich sehr sehr schön!! Der Blick auf die Bucht ist ein Highlight, absolut. In den Betten konnten wir erstaunlich gut schlafen. Und die Kommunikation mit dem Büro im Vorfeld war freundlich, zuverlässig und es blieb kein Wunsch offen :-) Vielen Dank dafür!!

Our stay was wonderful. The views from the pool terrace and the rear bedrooms are amazing! The villa was clean and well equipped and any questions we had were answered promptly and politely by Gundi. Thank you!

Having to leave.

Good Points 1. Views are amazing 2. Rep did respond quickly when requested for pool to be cleaned 3. Rep did organise welcome pack of groceries for us on arrival (although we did have to pay 8 euros for this service) 4. Very quiet when neighbours are respectful (or not there)

Bad Points 5. Beds are really uncomfortable 6. Air con motion sensor lights to bedroom ceilings keep coming on throughout night very disturbing as above bed (activates with slightest movement) 7. Shower curtain above bath is to short so floor keeps flooding with water, also shower downstairs is a fixed head only so water spills out onto bathroom floor 8. Louvered shutters to top bedrooms overlooking pool, restraint clip loose so they keep blowing in wind 9. Villa is basically semi detached to no. 40 (adjacent villa), lots of noise from adjacent kitchen and Occupants 10. The first few days were quiet in the villa then neighbours from hell turned up - because of close proximity very noisy to rear and kept us up throughout the night(s) as they were so close 11. I tried calling the 24Hr emergency tel no at 02.00Hrs re, noise from neighbours but it just went to answer phone so i left a message with the rep - advised the next morning that i should have phoned the police, but we are on holiday not here to police other tourists, the reps should have dealt with this. 12. Pool does not get warm until after 1pm - Generally the villa is tired throughout and is in need of updating

The view was amazing. Unfortunately, that's the only positive thing I can say about our stay.

(We stayed before the Easter holiday, and it was still cold on the island) 1. No AC/heating unit in the main room, only in the bedrooms, but it didn't even work for the first two nights. We notified the rental company the first night, and it took them another day to fix it, without even informing us they had failed to fix it the first day. Their answer? The heat was "a little tricky". My dad ended up getting a cold, by the way. 2. All the blankets in the house, including the sheets, were old and yellowish. Quite gross, there was NOTHING ELSE to keep us warm. 3. The hot water was good for about 5-10 mins. 4. The sink for the main bathroom upstairs got clogged the next day after we arrived. We let them know, they "fixed" it, and it got clogged again two days later. We left it like that as we didn't want more strangers coming into the house. 5. No hand soap on any of the bathrooms. 6. No basic cooking essentials such as olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. No dish soap either, only for the dishwasher. 7. My dad used an unlabeled bleach bottle sitting by the kitchen sink thinking it was soap, which completely ruined his T-shirt. 8. There was mildew in the washing machine and no detergent. 9. Cheap and incredibly uncomfortable beds and pillows. 10. Their working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9 am until 7 pm, which means you're pretty much SOL if anything happens outside of those hours. After complaining A LOT and even talking to Booking's customer care to see if they could do something, the company manager brought us some wine and cheese as an apology. Sure, it was a nice gesture. However, I would have preferred that everything worked instead of receiving excuses and pleasantries. Their excuse was that they usually rent the house during the warmer months. But if the house is not meant to host anyone during colder weather, then DON'T HOST ANYONE. Quite simple.
