The hotel was new and clean! The room was very large! Breakfast was great!

Newer hotel & friendly staff.

There were trains passing by the hotel every hour that were loud & kept me up all night. I had an 8 hour drive the next day & was exhausted in the morning. The coffee was empty at breakfast. The trays for bacon & the potatoes were left empty. The orange juice was water with a slight bit of colour. The cost of the room was too high especially for being located right beside train tracks.

You could feel the train go by - was told of this upon check in and they provide free earplugs to block the sound too! The pool was ‘under construction’ which was disappointing as we pick hotels based on a pool option.

Clean, bed very comfortable and view Pool was not working they supposed removed it from the promotion and decrease the price per night

I asked for late check out as I arrived 12 am , the day shift person he offered me 11:30 morning check out while in the website the normal check out was 12:00 pm so he actually ask me to leave half hour early. The scrambled egg was cold .

Modern comfortable hotel

There was a fire alarm at 330am apparently caused by an employee preparing breakfast. Everyone was evacuated, and we were allowed to go back to our rooms an hour later. The hotel gave us a credit of 50. Breakfast was quite ordinary.

The hotel had a beautiful view and was clean and comfortable.

There were some errors - we booked two rooms, one was great, and the other was not what we thought we were getting. They had to move us to a room without a view in order to get the bathtub I requested when I booked, and they charged me twice in error. They were very kind and efficient in returning my funds that they charged in error.

Like all Fairfield, this was very clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent.

Our only negative observation was that the highway noise was present.

The room was clean, good size, and smelled nice.

The staff were a bit rude and the kitchen staff were EXTREMELY unhygienic. When my daughter and I asked if the whirlpool tub was open the front desk staff said yes but we would have to remove the cover and clean it out ourselves to use it. In the morning while at the complementary breakfast I watched a staff sneeze over a tray of bacon wipe her snot on her hand and then bring it out to serve. When I tried to quietly ask her to dispose of it and not serve it to guests she flat out denied doing and and served it regardless.

Breakfast was ok

I booked the room for my parents who were on their way to visit us. They told me that there were major construction going on for the train track, which was facing their room so it was so noisy and they couldn't sleep. They asked the front desk for another room but apparently the hotel was full and was told nothing can be done. My parents barely slept the whole night. We are so disappointed and won't be booking at this hotel ever again.

The hotel offered a large carpark and was easily accessible. Modern hotel with friendly staff at a good price. The breakfast provided a good amount of options. The only disappointment was the cardboard bowls/plates.
