Prenotazione quadrupla effettuata con pagamento anticipato, per errore non è stata eseguita quella del mio bimbo ....volevo pagare la differenza, invece ci hanno mandato via ...quindi non usufruito della stanza pagata carissima e non mi hanno rimborsato.

They gave us old and small room in the other old side of hotel. The room was not even close to what it looks like in the photos

The room was very clean and quite nice. The balcony and the view of the sea and to Cervo were awesome. AC worked well.

The parking is for small cars or for skilled drivers only as the spots are quite narrow. The bathroom was okay but the showerhead could not be properly adjusted.

The location and the food.

The lady at the reception on the morning shift was unfriendly and wasn't very helpful, but the rest of the staff was always helpful and very friendly. The room was not clean, the garbage can in the bathroom was full and was smelling, the shower was not clean and the room was with hairs and bugs. Overall was not worth the money. The mattresses in all 3 rooms are old and it was impossible to sleep.

Good location close to the beach.

The staff was not very service minded except the guy working night in the reception. Parking in garage was not smooth as we had to walk in and out of the garage to tell the reception to open the gate. When you arrive at a hotel you expect a welcoming atmosphere and helpful people. We felt the hotel only wanted to charge for the nights and nothing else. No minibar in the room, breakfast outside in the warm sun and unreliable AC just to mention some other complaints.

Close to the beach and friendly staff.

Noice from other roms, broken toilet (water pouring) and beds too hard. Could have been ok of the price had been lower.

Garage was extra, which I didn’t see! and very difficult to enter and exit with a bigger car!

Great location, near to the sea, nice and friendly stuff, nonstop reception.

Poor AC, the swimming pool is not very clean, room is very small and I was missing a little fridge.
