The pool and the sea view

A little bit away from Zadar old town

This is the second time we have stayed at this little gem. The location is perfect and easily walkable to restaurants/cafes. There is a mini mart and bakery right next door, so it is really convenient to grab water, etc. There is also a bus stop located beside the mini mart (busses run every hr, but can be quite late!). We waited 30 minutes past the scheduled bus time table and ended up ordering an Uber (Ubers are very cost effective; $6 to go downtown) and about a 10 minute ride). We reserved the superior room overlooking the sea. The view was just spectacular and the beach is a 1 minute walk. Although there is not daily maid service, the staff are very helpful and will replenish/clean whenever you need them to. Just lovely and friendly staff. Loved the quiet (adults only). Very relaxing trip and we WILL be back for a third time!

Villa response times to my messages were not timely (days apart or not at all). I had to call them to ensure we had the code to the lockbox upon our late arrival.

Was in need of some love . Bathroom dated, no tea or coffee in room . No water No breakfast.

The staff was fabulous! Our departure flight was late in the day, and they graciously let us hang at the pool all day. So relaxing.

Bathroom, not good , requested parking space when booking, only got one next door after a conversation with owner.

Guys, if you want a room with a wonderful view on the sea, a pool downstairs and next to a side walk, beaches and cafés, this is where you should stay. This is place is so calming by its location, its view, the environment, etc.

Bottles of water would have been appreciated and more toilet paper. Besides that, all was perfect.
