Betten bequem, Frühstück mit guter Auswahl - lecker, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Waren auf der Durchreise, hierfür perfekt . Wiederholung um die Region zu erkunden und ein paar Tage ran zu hängen nicht ausgeschlossen!

Früheres Einchecken war ohne Probleme möglich. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde immer sofort aufgefüllt. Der Spabereich mit dem Pool kam ganz gut bei den Kids an.
Unser Zimmer war etwas kahl. Es hat alles gehabt aber es war nicht so einladend.

All was very good and the buffet was really good for the breakfast

Large room. The swimming pool was cold, however the sauna was nice and hot.
The staff had never heard of service with a smile. They complained about the noise from our two kids before we had even checked in. Following that we saw the same woman complain about 2 other families who we saw were very well behaved. One complaint we saw to another family was about a sweet wrapper! We were asked if we wanted bath shoes by reception and only were told we had to pay for them.when checking out. Lastly the restaurant was closed the whole time we were there.

we got a very nice family room with 5 beds and a baby crib upon request. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are cozy and clean. It is very close to autobahn 7 for those travelling through Europe. Breakfast costs 10€ per person from 7 years old and it was a decent breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold breakfast food.
The staff didnt seem super serviceminded and are not very visible when sitting at the breakfast.

The shower would not shut off when running bath water. I did not see a valve. Maybe I am just not familiar with the German faucets.

The room was large and clean, the wellness facilities were lovely, and the beds comfortable.
The decor was dated and mediocre, the breakfast boring and the staff unexceptional.
