I simply love this hotel! Great location, very nice girl at the reception, due to whom I learnt about Dokumenta. Clean. Good sound isolation despite the trams passing by. Nice restaurants just in front of the hotel and around, and ATM at the corner. Direct tram from Wilhelmshöhe train station to the hotel. If you checkin earlier or checkout later, you can leave your luggage in a special room. A rare hotel, which is also providing you with the public transport ticket. They accommodated my request and gave me my favorite room during the second stay. Simple but cosy room with comfortable (not too soft) bed. Loved the fact that there are facilities at the rooms floors to separate garbage for better recycling and environment

There is nothing that I didn’t like. It feels that the building and interior is not new but it’s in the spirit of this charming old-style residential Quartier. I haven’t had a breakfast. So can’t say much about it

The hotel is well connected both to the centre and the Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe station via tram. The receptionist was very helpful and the room was basic but spacious with a nice terrace, pity it was raining.

The room decor and the soft furnishings are very old and need to be updated and replaced. The aesthetics are totally mismatched. The room's fitted carpet is all dirty and stained. The wifi was extremely weak that basically didn't work. For all these reasons, the room (without taking the optional breakfast) was overpriced.

Quiet and comfortable room. Really friendly staff. Realy close to a station to catch a tram to downtown or the train station. No one at the reception after 11 pm but you can use a machine to check yourself in if you arrive after 11 pm. (Which i did, works great no issues at all) Nice breakfast for 15 euros.

Maybe a little pricey but i guess every hotel in Kassel gets a bit pricey during Documenta season

The receptionist was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She advised me about car parking on the street which saved me from getting a ticket as I thought I was in an okay spot but wasn't! She also advised about taking the tram into the town centre and gave me a day pass for it.

The terrace we got was incredible, with a beautiful view and very quiet. We also liked the bed. Very kind staff that is always willing to help.

It is a very nice hotel with modern rooms, which means 80's style. Our room wasn't cleaned the next day, and we didn't know if it was the policy or if someone had forgotten. There was no soap in the toilet, so we used the one in the shower. There was a kettle and a glass in the room, but without coffee or tea, so we weren't sure why it was there.

The hotel is easy to get by bus or tram. It is very comfortable, it has a refrigerator and a kettle. Tram 4 stop at the front, easy to visit Hércules monument, Bergpark and city center. The bathroom is small.

The receptionist arrives at 2pm.
