Location was excellent, a short walk from the old town. Breakfast room was welcoming. Food on buffet was varied and fresh. Coffee was good. The room was quiet. I had a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was very clean.

I liked my stay, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about stay.

room and in general all structure was too warm especially in the night, without the possibility to set the temperature but only opening/closing the window. Pillow was quite uncomfortable The fact that the rooms were not in the same structure as the breakfast/reception was annoying but not a big deal

The lady who ran the hotel was extremely helpful, she assisted us with ideas for tours, what to do and where to go on our very short stay in Innsbruck. The breakfast was lovely and all in all we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Small room but neat and wellcoming

Very close to the city center, the room was spacious, clean and new. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big and clean. We stayed in a separate building, closed to the main one. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

Maybe a bit too hot inside the room.

The owner was very accommodating, friendly and so nice. We arrived almost 4 hours early so she tried her best to prepare our room for us to check in also early. The breakfast was also excellent. Theres scrambled egg and bacon! 😊

no coffee in the room, it was not a double bed room like they mentioned. bathroom was small, two single beds are joined together. too expensive for the eminenties provided, basic breakfast.

1. The main bedroom, sleeping on twodouble beds, felt uncomfortable. If possible, please change to two single beds with one bunk-bed 2. Only one mirror in bath-room. Please add more mirrors in the room.

It was very central, staff very friendly and helpful, room comfy and clean. Excellent breakfast, with plenty of choice, nothing to much trouble. Good Wi-Fi, easy parking.
