This house was perfect for our family of 5. The owners have updated the house nicely and we enjoyed our time here. The beds were soft and comfortable, furniture was great for relaxing and the location cannot be beat! If I had to be picky, a dishwasher would be nice but we ate out for most meals so it wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was charming, spotless and in a great location with a short walk to parks, the lake, shopping and restaurants. Jodi was a great host. Was available to answer any questions we had. I would stay here again for sure.

Comfortable and clean. All the rooms were clean and everything you could need was available. There’s a great info binder on the front desk full of things to do, spots to visit, and places to see. Kitchen comes with all items you need. It’s in an excellent location. Very walkable. There is no dishwasher which isn’t a big deal. Dishes were clean. We’d stay here again :)

This house was set up beautifully! The location was great, the beds were comfortable, it was well stocked with necessities, and it smelled wonderful (it’s the little joys in life). The only drawback was there is no dishwasher, but with older homes we expect that sometime. But, unlike other older homes we’ve stayed in this house had great air conditioning! We will definitely come back.

The property was very nice - well maintained and updated. It was a very short walk to the main street of Coeur d'Alene (Sherman Ave) - closer than it looks on maps.
The property absolutely has beds for 6. But if you are planning to have that many people, note one bathroom and only a small 2 person table for eating. Huge couch though!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this house in Coeur d'alene. Beds are comfortable, 1 queen for each teen and a king for us. Very clean - full kitchen stocked with equipment to make breakfast and dinners. Fantastic location to walk down for coffee on Sherman and ride bikes to the lake. Or, walk up 4th St for food and shopping. I recommend.

Our girls weekend was great. This home is cozy and clean. It definitely is close to downtown so we could walk to events for holiday shopping and parade over Thanksgiving weekend. Only suggestion would be throw blankets for couches. Decor and set up was great! Will definitely stay again!

We have visited CDL many times over the years and stayed in a few VRBO's... We really loved the Garden House. Excellent location. Very comfortable and clean. Lot's of windows to let the light in...easy check in and out. We had a small plumbing issue and it was handled in a few hours while we were out of the house! We really loved the 2 queen beds in the same room for our teenagers! We would rent this house again:)

We so enjoyed staying at this beautifully decorated and renewed, charming cottage. We’d loved the attention to detail in the house. It was comfortable and clean and well decorated. We also really enjoyed the walk ability to downtown and all of the wonderful spots in Coeur d’Alene. We would highly recommend this garden getaway for families or a couples. Looking for a wonderful place to stay while in Coeur d’Alene.

The home has complete access to everything we need it walking distance to the park to the lake to the grocery store easy access to the main roads for travel! Quiet friendly neighborhood the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in would highly recommend this home for travel

We loved our stay in the Garden District! The home is in a great location, convenient to downtown, restaurants and the lake. It was also clean, well-stocked and comfortable. Rachelle was quick to respond with answers to any questions we had! We will be back!

Was really nice! Outstanding comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood at night. The only thing that I would have liked, would of been a dishwasher. Great place to unwind and walking distance to the lake, coffee shops, park and resort area.

Charming and nicely furnished.
We came to ID to visit Silverwood, which is just a 20-30 min. drive from this house. The house is close to 'downtown' restaurants, and Safeway is nearby. Older house but updated, very clean and nicely furnished. Nice little fenced in deck on the side. If we ever visit ID again, we'll stay here.

House has everything that you could think of. Beds are huge and comfortable. Rachelle went above and beyond to make sure we were set. She even bought a flat iron when I told her I forgot mine. In the Years that I have used rentals, this is a first. Thank you so much!

Cute home close to town!
This home was perfect for our family with kids. Location was great. It was a nice surprise to see the back yard set up nicely with furniture, lights, and dart board- pictures did not include in the listing. We enjoyed cooking at the home and and using the outdoor space. The place is a little small but as expected- it was just fine for all of us. It was really nice to be able to walk to town to the local shops and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. We would stay here again.

Cozy, great location
This rental home is ideally situated for enjoying Coeur D’Alene. We loved the bedding, the front porch, and the location.
Compared to other rental properties it’s less expensive, and that was great. We knew there was one bathroom going in, but we discovered that we really do better with two (three teenagers!).
We missed having a dishwasher most of all. There wasn’t a sponge or dish scrubber so we went up to Safeway and got one so we could work our way through our pile of dishes!
Otherwise, it was clean and welcoming, and a good place to stay!

Great location
We stayed here for a girls getaway. There were 5 of us & we had plenty of room, it was very clean, & beds were comfortable. I was nervous about just having 1 bathroom, but it worked out just fine. The location was great! We rarely used the car & were able to walk to most of our activities, restaurants, and the lake. We enjoyed the back yard the shade provided a cool place to hang out even on hot afternoons. The kitchen & house was well stocked, the only thing lacking would be beach towels & would have been nice to have a small cooler to take to the beach. We would stay here, again.l

Great Location and Great Home!
This property is awesome. It is a great little home close to downtown. The house itself had been recently remodeled and it had all the creature comforts anyone could ask for. We had one minor issue that was quickly resolved by the owner, so the service was top notch as well. Would definitely recommend this propery!

Loved it!
The house is adorable and beautifully decorated! We stayed with friends for an event but would love to return for a family get away! The house comes with a nicely stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and lots of fun board games. It is also nicely located near plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other things.
