Always a great time at this location. The house is located perfectly near town such that it is a 3 to 4 minute walk to anywhere you need to be in Ridgway. Yet it's also very quiet and a great sense of privacy. Very comfortable accommodations.

Great stay at this house. Super close to town for drinks and food. House was very clean and no hassle check in. No issues with traffic / road noise at all.

Do Not stay here if you want to sleep in. The house is located next to busy road you can hear all the traffic start up around 5am. The couch is covered in pet hair its gross. My daughters and my leggings were covered in pet hair. My son’s T-shirt’s had it all over his back its disgusting and smells like dirty dogs. The kitchen countertops had small short white hair everywhere. We had to wipe the entire kitchen down just to cook breakfast. And buy lint rollers to remove pet hair everyday off our clothes. The downstairs has NO a/c so my son had nose bleeds at night and my daughter’s room was a furnace even with fans. They all tried sleeping upstars next to a/c but the itchy pet hair was too much for them to get comfortable. Unlike the downstair the upstairs although filthy was cool and comfortable with 2 a/c units. Over all I would rate this property one star. Location was so loud the place was filthy and 2 of the 3 bedrooms were cruelly temperature uncomfortable. I would not recommend
this property to anyone. If you dont mind 5am wake up calls pet hair as an accessory and hot and stuffy sleeping quarters this place is for you! Totally unsatisfied and never returning!

House has a great location in downtown Ridgway with within walking distance to all restaurants. Plenty of space to spread out and a nice upper floor deck. The house is on the main road so you do hear traffic during rush hour.

Ridgway was a great spot for my son that did ice climbing in Ouray and for me to ski Telluride. The place was amazing. The place is exactly as described but they don't mention the additional private balcony off the master bedroom. My wife was upset when she learned how awesome this place was only because she did not join us on this trip.

We certainly enjoyed our stay and it suited exactly what we needed. Hats off to this rental for allowing dogs. Lots of room to spread out. It was on a very noisey street when sitting out on the deck but at the same time was within walking distance to the center of town. I think my family would all agree that we would like to go back.

Family of 6 from SoCal in town for a destination wedding. Very easy check in on phone. Easy walking to liquor store, grocery story, bars, and many restaurants. Summertime Farmers market in the park!

Basic lodging. Only serious problem was the lack of functioning air conditioning. It was in the 90s during our stay and neither of the two split units put out cold air. We slept with doors and windows open, which led to other issues. Also, the management company inundates you with communication. I received no fewer than 20 texts and emails from the company about check in and check out. It got annoying.

The only thing that I would have to say is that this: gorgeous decks, but noisy from Telluride traffic. I didn't realize it was on Sherman(main street) so very busy. Needs something for a noise barrier or privacy while out on decks drinking AM coffee in jammies.

We stayed here during the Rodeo, and the parade went right in front of the house! Great view! We were able to walk to the park, Rodeo & many restaurants, which was nice. When we checked in, the 2nd key was not there & it took a few attempts to reach property management. There is definitely some road noise from the traffic to & from Telluride, but it did not bother us much. Master bedroom was nice, but the other room with queen sized bed was pretty small. Thus our friends overflowed into the bunk bed room. I would stay here again, but not with more than 4 people.

Beautiful location in town
I got up early every morning just to take in the mountain views. The Cimarrons Mountains / San Juan range is beautifully viewed over the town of Ridgway. The house is new and modern as shown and the kitchen is well equipped. Walkable to all of the town of Ridgway. Great bike path from town to Ridgway Reservior. Lovely place to stay.

Great spot to jump into Telluride
We stayed in Ridgway for a weekend of skiing at Telluride. The house and location were ideal for walking to restaurants and grocery store in Ridgway.

Ridgeway Weekend
The house was super clean and well appointed with great linens and a stocked kitchen. The home was comfortable for our family and the ambiance was enjoyable. Within walking distance to everything in Ridgway. We were a short drive to Telluride for days of skiing. Thank you for a great weekend!

Ridgway fun
I brought my family of 5 to Ridgway and we had a ball. Drove to Telluride to ski a couple
of day and it was great. The house was clean and comfortable. It was in within walking distance of everything. The only comment I would have is that there wasn’t enough clothes storage. No dressers, only closets space, but other than that it was a great home!

The house is perfect, well-located and well-stocked. Walking distance from everything in downtown Ridgway, and an ideal centrally-located base for exploring the San Juans and surrounding towns. Great host as well. Hope to return next year.

Loved the folder that was available listing restaurants and activities to do in the area. Allowed our Labradoodle. Great accommodations. Walking distance to restaurants and brewery. They recently installed air conditioning! Only about 10 miles from Ouray and 37 miles to Telluride.

We stayed in this vacation rental as part of a bittersweet journey to bring my husband's remains to Colorado - a place he lived in and loved very much. This home was an awesome location, central to where we wanted to go and the accommodations were great! Very cozy, clean and well-stocked home. The views at night were amazing and it is close to town, easy to walk to stores and restaurants. If I had a complaint it would be the traffic in front of the home - more than you'd expect, but nothing you can do about that:)
