Wonderful apartment unit in an astoundingly perfect area of Newport. Just one block from many shops, restaurants, the Wharf and parking. The owners were very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is wonderful! Very close to the wharf and Thames. The space was beautiful, bright, and clean. The host made himself available and had great recommendations.

We loved the location, ease of check in and check out. Keith was very responsive to the one question I had. The bed was comfortable, off street parking was a plus, but when it wasn’t available, street parking was easy. Just a few short blocks away from the harbor and its many restaurants. We hope to return!

We booked this for a wedding weekend and the property was lovely, just what we needed and in a great location. Parking was a little tough, but blame that more on Newport in the summer than anything and Matt was quick to help us find a solution. We would love to come back for a longer stay in the future

Downtown Newport is perfect for a relaxing weekend and this spot is around the corner from it all. Definitely would stay again.

It’s exactly as the pictures show.
Absolutely a beautiful and accommodating place to stay. Parked our car on site and never had to move it until we checked out. It’s a convenient walk into historic Newport town. We would definitely stay at 86 Spring Street again.
A side note we did Uber to and from the festival.

This is the second time i’ve stayed at this property. It is clean, it is conveniently located and overall a nice little stay to enjoy Newport in the summer.

Very clean, was able to park right next to property. Only a cpl blocks from all of the action. The AC was nice and cool throughout the night. Very spacious living room, we watched a movie in there.

First time to Newport and absolutely LOVED every day. Apartment was PERFECT and as described! If any doubt, I 100% recommend. We spent a week here and walked everywhere; never used our car once. Ideal and perfect location - better than expected. In 7 days walked over 50 miles and enjoyed every moment. Apartment is spotless…every time I walked into hall, I would comment on how wonderful it smelled. I can’t recommend it enough. It was PERFECT and will stay here again next time here. We absolutely found a gem!

We had a lovely stay in Newport. The apartment was beautiful, fully equipped and in a great location just outside downtown Newport. Easy walk to restaurants etc and even a park nearby to walk the dog!

The "suite" was beautiful and right in the heart of town. Walking distance to just about everything which made this quick getaway very easy. Everything that we could have needed was provided and that bathroom was WOW!!. Only thing that other guests should be aware of is that if you're traveling with a dog they can't be left unattended. This little tidbit was not mentioned until the morning of the stay when I was sent the house rules. This made it a little difficult to really get out and experience some restaurants or bars. We even bought a new crate just for this trip but that became useless. Overall though pretty fantastic!

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Parking was easy, room was nicer than expected and location was absolutely perfect. It is walking distance from everything and a block away from Trinity Church.

What a beautiful suite....excellent location... tastefully decorated with all the conveniences right down to offering a kurieg with all the items needed for a nice morning cup of coffee. The bed was sooooo comfortable and a spacious updated bathroom with a large walk in shower. Our host responded immediately to any email we sent. We celebrate my 70th birthday...it was the best ever! We definitely plan to return. Thank you 👍👍👍

Prior to arriving, Matthew informed us that heat went out at the property we had booked. So he accommodated us to a new spot, another property of his right down the road. It was perfect for my husband and me to get away for the weekend! I enjoyed our stay, felt comfortable and the space was perfect. Where we stay was closer to town which was a pleasant surprise too! Parking was easy on the property which worried me at first but turned out safe and convenient. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!!

We stayed here for a long weekend with our 5 month old. It was the best location and parking we could have asked for! It did get chilly the last night and we could not figure out the heat but all in all a great stay! Would come again for sure!

We loved our little apartment in the heart of Newport's historical area. We were able to leave our car parked and walked everywhere. Having a little kitchen with a small stove was great when we just wanted to make a couple eggs in the morning. The back outdoor patio was also very nice for sipping wine and unwinding after wandering Newport. We will definitely stay again. Thank you, Matthew!

Now the CAVEAT! Air conditioning was terrible. Had a mobile unit in bedroom area that did not reach living room area. I was sweating drinking a cup of coffee in the morning. Unless I were to read that the AC was upgraded, I would not stay there again, nor recommend to friends & family.

We had a fabulous time in Newport. The VRBO was very clean, spacious and had all of the accommodations we needed. The only thing we felt was lacking was adequate AC in both rooms. The floor unit in the bedroom was installed but there were gaping holes for the cool air to escape. If there was a second unit it would have been much cooler. Overall, we loved the space and would not hesitate to return.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this unit and really enjoyed its location. We're used to communication within applications and didn't expect check-in instructions from a third party to be filtered into our spam folder, having received emails directly from this platform as well. Once we were in communication with the host things were much improved. Be sure to look for an email from WindWard Suites LLC. Don't use the washing machine or iron and a/c unit at the same time or it trips a breaker you don't have access to correct.

Place was great and wonderful location. We really felt at home. Comfortable. Easy to get in and out and finding the address. Would definitely recommend. Suggestions would be a toaster oven, cooking spatula, larger spoons, cereal sized bowls. Other than that it was great!

This apartment was very appealing in many ways: convenient to everything, walking distance to town, a beautiful bathroom. The building was charming and well kept. It was a perfect place for a couple The pull out couch wasn't as comfortable as we might have expected, but we managed. I would definitely recommend to others.

The place was great HOWVER I replied to an email indicating that there was a bin full of trash and no replacement bags and that there was some damage to the sideboard that a door was hanging on by a hinge sent photos ...crickets

Great location! Parked the car on Friday and walked everywhere all weekend. Parking spots are very limited in that area. Used a lot right down the street that the owner recommended. Would definitely stay there again.
