Lovely home with everything we needed. Communication from host was timely and offered easy entry and assistance of at all required. Location was perfect and amenities were great.

Position by the river and close to the township was perfect Can't fault the cleanliness and range of equipment in the kitchen.

No breakfast provided. For the price I think a better range of teas and biscuits would have been nice, and perhaps a little milk in the fridge. Bath foam was a bonus, but some shower soap (rather than those awful little packaged soaps) is always a nice touch and would be much appreciated. The bed we used in the back bedroom was rather squeaky (!)

the surprise additional hidden costs on arrival. (beware) even though it’s a 3 bed home & at time of booking online ticking the box that we were 3 adults in the rental. that does not mean 3 rooms are provided. (see in small print (1 room/s) on arrival we had only 1 room assigned & rest of rooms locked & without further payment we couldn’t access. ( I have booked many many holiday homes, units and appts and never had this restricted access happen ever before ) some heating units and electrical inclusions were damaged and plumbing issues due to the floods but that wasn’t of concern to us at all as it was a natural occurrence and no fault of anyone. but we were very much disappointed about the extra costs for the above mentioned locked bedrooms on arrival.

Great place to stay with your family. Has all the baby equipment, amazing baby cot :). Friendly host.
