This was so easy! Booked on line after reading reviews and was the cleanest place we have stayed! I had no need whatsoever to communicate with the owner but i did greet I assume was an elderly family member. I did send a message that we would leave by 8:00 on check out. His response was immediate snd very nice wishing us safe travels. If we able health wise to come back next year this will be the place we stay!

This place is one of the cleanest and most tasteful places I’ve stayed. The decor is almost like brand new. Very updated. The check in was easy and the assigned parking was a nice plus. This was an a perfect location for me and what I needed to do. I will definitely book this next year when I’m back in town. I highly recommend this.

The place was close to my son's college. The pool area was nice. The room is small, but fine for 1 person. Nice bathroom and shower had decent water pressure.

Everything was clean and as posted. The house is in a great neighborhood on a cut de sac. Very quiet and peaceful. Microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge were handy. Could use a couple of bowls and spoons for cereal in the morning. Would definitely come back!

Nice quiet location. It was very easy to find and close to everything we needed. We wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have enjoyed the pool! Pretty much a motel room but that is all we needed.

Property was as listed, quiet, clean, restful. We were in town to judge a BBQ competition (PigFest) and stayed 3 nights, enjoyed the patio but didn't use the pool. Other than maybe another outlet under the table (and a keurig coffee maker) we had everything we needed. Will book again next year.

Easy check in, very nice host. Detailed all aspects of what was expected of the guest.
There was a pool but I didn't have time to find it plus the weather was not conductive for a swim.
The setup was hotel like and the bathroom sink drained slowly but the host quickly resolved the sink problem.
Very comfortable bed and towels were large and very nice.
I forgot my checkout date and time but luckily my host graciously let me extend a day without any problems.
It was a very good stay & it cost less than any hotel in Lakeland...trust me I know!!

Only a two-night stay but we made the most of it! We were able to enjoy the pool both days and really loved the proximity to everything that we wanted to see & do in Lakeland!

Good for short stays ! Very helpful host. We missed the fact that there was no gas stove or cooking pots/ pans / utensils etc. Ideal for 1-2 people .

My son goes to college near by and it’s a perfect spot not too far from campus. Will definitely stay here again if available versus the previous hotel I’ve stayed at. Nice neighborhood.

Someone practices music loudly most nights and wants to argue if confronted about it. Host wants you to completely clean everything before you leave but it's not noted. Then trys to charge you extra. 4 towels isn't enough for a week's stay but your supposed to make sure they are clean when you leave. Pool is old, uninviting, and outdated. $100 for a couple towels? Not! Tiny place. Don't be fooled by pictures like I was. Get a hotel over this place.

Really nice rental. It was clean, bed was comfy, more than adequate amount of seating, plush towels. Check in was so easy! No hidden fees or surprises! Good location! I would highly recommend.

There were 3 of us that stayed here. The bed and sofa bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean and just right for us and close to Sun n Fun. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.
The property was clean and we felt very safe.
Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great stay. The cottage was spotless and had everything you needed. I met several of the people involved with the property and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The cottage was very private and quiet and everything worked. If I return to the area I would always stay there.

Nice clean room and easy to get in and out to car. Microwave & fridge, but no dishes, silverware etc.

Clean and a great value, my wife son and I enjoyed our ten day stay, we didn’t arrive until after midnight and the owner had everything ready for us. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked very inviting. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay here.

Very cute, very clean. Just as described in description ad photos. The only thing was there was no info for use of fire stick and apps on the tv. We needed a pin and it was not given or left on note on desk. Yes we could have asked for it, but we ended up just watching cable channels.

We needed a spot to rest our heads while we were in Lakeland on a college visit to Florida Southern College. This place was very clean and had all we needed to rest and recuperate after long days. Fridge, Microwave, Ice Maker, etc were very useful. One thing that would be an awesome addition is another mirror somewhere outside of the bathroom…maybe a full length mirror on the wall near the desk & owners’ closet…so someone can be drying hair &/or applying makeup while others are in the restroom. But I was traveling with an 18 year old young lady so might not be an issue for others staying at this place!🤷🏼♀️

Great place to stay. Clean and quite. Word of advice: It's around the side of the house. So yes, you actually need to drive on the grass 😂😂😂
