We instantly fell in love with the spaciousness and view! The host provided a great supply (in quality and quantity) of everything a traveler may need on a trip. We were a party of 8 and appreciated the large quantity of dinnerware, flatware, cookware, pool toys, seating and dining areas, and bath and pool towels. The host was happy to provide additional supplies upon request. The gated community is quiet and safe. If you walk down to the end of the cul-de-sac at sunset, you're in for a gorgeous view. Highly recommend this property!

Safe, large, great ocean view, clean swimming pool, snorkeling access from property, lap pool in compound, great kitchen, eating choices inside and at outside lanai, plenty of gathering space, AC good overall.

Arrived and place was unacceptably dirty especially on the outside. Pool very dirty, outside furniture unable to use due to bird droppings and dirt. Used hair bands at side of pool. Empty McDonalds lying pool side. Old shoe lying outside also. Towels bleached stained. Mild and dampness smell from washing machine. Pillows and mattress stained with no pillow protectors or mattress protectors used. Windows and window runners black with dirt. Spiral staircase black with dirt and hair. Ants throughout the internal of the property. Downstairs dark, old and in desperate need of refurbishment. Outside 2 bedrooms unable to due to lack of security especially for the children which resulted in kids sleeping on couch in main house. Broken toaster. Just overall disappointing given cost however spectacular view. Needs ripped out and refurbishment throughout, sorry.

We celebrated my son’s college graduation partially in Hawaii. We were thoroughly IMPRESSED beyond words at the location, distance to everything and the VIEW! Please do yourselves a favor and book this place right now! I assure you will not be disappointed!

The views are priceless, and we loved all the outdoor seating. The pool was great for watching surfers in the evening, and sunsets can be caught at an empty lot a few doors down. As expected at any beach house, there is a bit of dampness/wear and tear downstairs (master bedroom). It was still perfect to us and could suit a multi-adult vacay due to arrangement of 3 bedrooms, essentially separate from others.

House was as advertised. Had everything you needed, even some pantry items. Great location to explore Kona from. Plenty of toys in the garage. Nice quiet neighborhood, just leave the windows open and listen to the waves day and night.

This house is gorgeous right on the water, breakfast every morning was just superb with the view. Just wished there was extra one more bathroom in the courtyard bedroom. Very private gated community. House was filled with every little items so no need to worry if you forgot something. Town is just 5min drive. Would definitely come back again and recommend this house to all friends and family!!

We were a party of four adults celebrating a milestone birthday in the group and had a wonderful time with this home as our base. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals in the home and there are plenty of towels and linens for your use. The large washer/dryer is a bonus to keep up with things as well. The gated community is extremely quiet and you are directly across the street from The Marketplace ~ a fun, outdoor shopping area. You are also minutes from downtown Kona for more dining, shopping and sand beach access as well as groceries. We had one question at the beginning of the trip which was promptly answered by the management company. We alternated a chill day with an activity day. The chill days were enjoyed pool and beach side at the home. We marveled everyday at our view and accommodations! We would highly recommend this property for your group of 4-8!

Everything was beautiful… decor…amenities… the only thing disappointing was the bedrooms were nit described correctly …. The 3rd bedroom was outside the main house with NO BATHROOM. AND THE 4th bedroom was outside the main house which made it difficult to use either of those bedrooms for children. Other than the bedroom situation everything was perfect

A beautiful home right on the water and in a great location near snorkeling during the day and restaurants at night. The house had anything you could possibly want- a great stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach toys, you name it they have it! We loved sitting at the outdoor table in the morning enjoying our coffee and the serenity of the ocean. Great for multiple families or couples. Thanks for having us!

***Look no further!!!!*** We loved everything about this place!! It had everything we needed and wanted. There were 8 of us and we cooked many meals and also ate out at some local favorites which are very close. I would stay here again in a second!!! I didn’t want to leave. It was perfect! We could hear the waves crashing all night! We came out to celebrate my Dads 80th birthday and he slept outside on the loungers every night but one because it was raining. Love love LOVE this place!!

We enjoyed all the wonderful appointments of this house. It felt very private. We especially enjoyed the location and walked to coffee, the Ali'i pool and the marketplace across the street. Absolutely blissful.

Our family of 8 stayed here for 4 nights. The house is beautiful and spacious. We loved the outdoor eating areas, the pool, and the shoreline access. Highly recommended.

The property and location were beautiful. There were some last minute problems which prevented us from using the whole home. The owner made good with it by giving us a partial refund. It was unfortunate that we had no access to the third bedroom or the lanai. our third couple had to find other accomodations.

We had a fantastic 2+ weeks here. For about half of that, it was just my family of 4, while for the other half we had our boys' friends join us. There was plenty of room and things to do for my wife and me plus the five 18 & 19 year-olds. It was a working (+ school) vacation for all of us and the internet held up well. The owner was also considerate of our concerns due to COVID issues and was very accommodating with her cancelation policy. We would book again and we wish we were there now!

Unfortunately we were unable to complete our stay, as the timing was at the start of the COVID-19 travel restrictions. The owner, Marie, was very accommodating in helping us get a full refund, despite the short notice and the challenges of dealing with the VRBO system. We are hoping that we can reschedule another stay soon.

This is such a beautiful property in and ideal location. We loved the amazing view and the quiet neighborhood. This was the best stocked property we have ever stayed at. Everything we needed was already available to us. Having so many chairs and boogie boards available was a real bonus. It will be difficult to ever stay in another property that lives up to this experience. Thank you.

This house was a perfect fit for all our needs. My wife and I along with our two adult sons and their girlfriends all instantly felt at home. The layout with all its patios and balconies and the pool overlooking the ocean was fabulous. The locations was excellent too, right on the sea and close enough to town and with an open air market across the street. The garage was well stocked with beach toys and bikes and Rick, the property manager was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed. We would certainly come again

He was extremely responsive and helpful! He is definitely a wonderful assett!!

The only reason I did NOT give the overall rating a 5 is that the air conditioning was poor and the main floor was about 78 degrees all week, with the bedrooms slightly cooler. For the price we paid I would have expected better. The house is beautiful, the view is spectacular, the pool is great, bedrooms nice, kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. And the location was absolutely perfect - easy to get to everything. The owner was easy to communicate with and the property manager was extremely attentive and available. So overall we had a great stay.
