This is a quiet, cozy room in a lovely area with much to experience and eat. My partner and I enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this room to others.

I cannot say enough good about KT as a host or the location/property in general. Usually when describing a room as cozy it means small. That isn't the case here - this studio was warm and inviting in every way and much bigger than the pictures tell. KT had a sheet with instructions, a binder full of recommendations, and she had coffee, snacks, extra blankets, and a couple of chocolates nicely displayed for me. Communication was always on point - KT provided the checkin information two days before I arrived, we exchanged numbers in case of a power outage or emergency (which saved me when I accidentally left my rental car lights on!), and the check in and out process was extremely smooth. The private entrance to the room was a plus and easy to get to. All of the instructions provided were clear, concise, and thoughtful. The location is quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood. It's an easy walk down to the bay waterfront beach and there are a couple of easily accessible walking/bike paths in the neighborhood. It's about 15 minutes from the Burlington airport. The bed was huge & comfortable. The heater and air conditioner were both easy to operate & quickly brought the room to a comfortable temperature. The jacuzzi tub was very welcome and easy to operate after a long day of hiking, & the towel warmer was appreciated on the chilly, rainy days I spent there. I would absolutely stay here again & recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet stay in a beautiful neighborhood in NW VT.

Our stay was fantastic! The room was comfortable and clean. Located inside a lovely residential neighborhood. Our host had tons of local recommendations. It was conveniently located near downtown Burlington and not too far from the airport. The sights and trails nearby were also great! I highly recommend!

Nice weekend in Vermont! VRBO is in a nice quiet location, but close to all activities. Host was very accommodating and communicated well. Room was cleaned and well stocked with all essentials. Nice to find such a good spot that is pet friendly. Would love to visit again when weather is better and not so rainy! But, we had a nice visit despite the rain!

The location was great for visiting the Burlington area. The room was clean & comfortable & had everything we needed.

Fantastic! Such a clean and pretty and very large room in addition to a nice bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Has everything we needed. Also had a futon, a desk, table, refrigerator, dresser with drawers, Keurig, snacks, electric fireplace, etc. Loved the entryway with bench to take off our shoes. It was so roomy even with all the amenities. We stayed for 7 days. The hostess was so kind and asked us to let her know if there was anything we needed. It was so great bc we could walk to the causeway and walk the bike paths. Loved going to The Guilty Plate right there in Colchester for meals.

Close to bike trail and restaurant’s. Easy check in. Clean.

this property was in a super nice and quiet neighborhood! host was very helpful and communicative. the space was provided with plenty of supplies in clearly labeled cabinets. host also provided detailed instructions on finding the house as well as the entrance. she was available to answer questions at any time, but with all the information given i didn’t have any questions. the room also had plenty of pamphlets and magazines making it easy to find things to do in the area!

The property was beautiful, our room was immaculate, and she had everything you could imagine you would need. Very attentive to us, and went above and beyond my expectations. We only stayed for one night, but I would definitely come back so I could explore more of what the area has to offer.

This was a perfect place and location for me to stay in. Convenient to the bike trail. Convenient to a beautiful beach and sunsets. Comfortable and quiet place to relax after a busy day of adventures. KT was happy to help with anything else i may have needed and she created an ease with communication and directions for arrival.

Very cute place in quiet neighborhood! Close to Burlington and great walking/biking trails!

We had such a fun stay! The location is fantastic! Right on the Island Line Bike trail so we could ride the causeway or ride into Burlington. Within walking distance of a small beach and about two blocks away from boat launch onto Winooski river out into Lake Champlain. We biked and hiked the trail and the apartment provided everything we needed to rest up from the days activities! KT is a great and very responsive host

Very much enjoyed our quiet retreat in Colchester. Short walk to a community beach on Lake Champlain. The sunsets were gorgeous and we loved taking walks in the nearby trails and beaches. Our host was super kind and attentive with lots of ideas of what to do and see.

Cute 1 bedroom/1bath perfect for us. We enjoyed our short stay. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. KT was so accommodating- would stay here again in a heartbeat!
