Price is quite good, especially since we booked the trip quite last minute. Staff is friendly and helpful. As the location is a bit far, it is actually very tranquil and quiet at night. Room is also quite clean. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

Only the location is a bit far from the train station. Would require 25-30 minutes of walk one way. Although there are buses, they are somehow not always very reliable. But the good thing is we stayed healthy and walked a lot during those days.

Amazing customer service. Very comfortable bed especially having travelled 4hrs to the hotel. Room was very big and had great facilities.

Either the walls in our room were very thin or the guests in the next room had their TV on very loud.

The room was very basic for the price, £300 for 2 nights and the carpet throughout the hotel was dirty and stained. In the room, the floor was worn and stained all around the outside and walking areas. I didn't want to take my socks off. The shower was blocked the first night I was there however they did send the maintenance in to fix it

It was adequate for what we needed. The shower was good. My husband and Inwere gicen twin beds, but apparently, it's all that was left. It was a place to sleep and clean up.

Well, it is a budget hotel, but the carpet was an absolute mess. It really needed some TLC, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Also, we stayed across from a room that was open the entire time with just chairs, which was really strange. People were smoking in there, which wasn't great.

Room looked tired, Lots of staining on carpets in the room and in the corridors. Carpets were ruffled up in parts of the corridor, which to some could cause a trip hazard. Seemed expensive for a very basic room

Staff were amazing. Very clean room and great shower. I slept well. Great location to stadium with food on your door step from macdonalds to carvery. Plenty of shops also. Car felt safe in car park.

The breakfast!! Consisted on a bag with a pasty, yogurt, biscuits, cheese, jam, chocolate bar, butter and orange juice. Staff couldn't off apologised any more when handing it over. Felt so embarrassed for them. The carpet in the corridor upstairs was really faded and looked awful. My booking said a large double bed but it was a normal size.Such a shame as it let the hotel down so much.

Convenient and quiet location. Very helpful staff. Good sized room with an excellent shower. Simple to operate TV.

A little more attention to the cleanliness of the tile grouting would have been good. The pillows were not great so consider bringing you own.

O quarto tem uma boa dimensão e a cama era confortável. Fica nos arredores de Glasgow e por isso a escolha. Tem parque de estacionamento exterior gratuito. Existe um pub muito giro do lado do hotel.

Não tem sala de refeições e para o pequeno almoço e deram um saco com pão, manteiga, yogurte e uma fruta para comermos no quarto. Há uma pequena mesa com café e sumo de maçã. Muito pobre. Houve muito barulho de vozes vindo do quarto do lado depois da meia noite.

Upon arrival the toilet had not been flushed and still had urine in it which was incredibly disappointing

I liked that it was a animal friendly hotel.We had a good time in the hotel. I like the staff there . I like the room. I like the cleaning there Staff were very helpful there with booking and taxi there. There were good vegetarian food on restaurants near by hotel.

There was a lot of pollution there in the town,forrest There were lot of wude cutting there. There was no animal park. They were hunting dear's there, and eating them. Avoided those restaurant with dear meat . Internet connection was not good there . Dear's was affraid off people there. Felt bad for the dear's there. I love all animals .

Was exactly what it says on the tin, a good, clean budget hotel. Great location for what we needed, staff were wonderful and even upgraded us to family room to accommodate to our co sleeping son which I couldn't have been more grateful for. They had a tea and coffee station just past reception as well which was a nice touch for sure. 10/10

Good space, dog friendly, and its away from the entrance for walking them. own car park and two minutes away from brewsters farm, which I recommend for breakfast, as the included one wasn't much worth it and my dairy free son and husband couldn't eat anything from it, BUT the woman at reception did say if we let then know ahead of time they could get milk alternatives in which is always helpful. The girl called Veronica was especially helpful when booking, getting us the family room as it wouldn't let me book it online. All the staff we met were lovely.

We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The youngest slept with us as only three spaces, but we already knew this, but three spaces won't do most families I imagine.

Electric heater thermostat was clicking VERY loudly on and off when turned on.

Very dirty rooms. Fresh air spray in lobby due to ??staff smoking possibly weed!

Wall dirty. Bed linen holes, not even hidden. Skirting board edges mouldy and dirty.

Clean, comfortable and extremely friendly staff, stayed here a few times now and will continue to use this hotel again soon.

A perfect clean place to stay on a long trip north. Predefined location for a stay over on our trip from the Midlands to the cairngorm mountains. Very welcoming on our arrival. Helped with the pets, which is a nice addition when travelling. Pet friendly hotel.
