Big comfortable room, lobby area is bright and modern, the immediate area is lively with shops and restaurants

Hard to access via public transportation, only 1 bus line. Was expensive.

Breakfast was great. Thank you. It was a very nice place, staff was great and very helpful. We just found it very expensive per night, but then were in Boston , MA for the marathon, so we get it.

There were some issues with the shower, mainly clogging in the bathtub. We have informed this in the front desk. Otherwise, up to the expectation.

Initial Parking. Reception informed us where we could park later

Bed was comfortable, thermostat was quick to cool or heat the room.

Internet was horrendous, no on-site laundry, tv access was extremely limited. Parking was $30 a night when I expected it to be included.

Spacious, comfortable, pretty room. You’re pretty much next to everything you need, Design wise - it really is beautiful Comfortability, could have done better - bed is decent, nothing crazy. Bathroom style is gorgeous

First day I checked in, the older lady at the front was quite rude - even threw a remark when I was trying to understand, I asked a question such as: “How come it says Hilton & not Hampton?” as I’m not from the area, my friend responds: “Because it’s the parent company.” and she responds to him: “Thank you for being educated.” When I tried to ask her questions about amenities as I came down later that same night, she just kept giving a look of distaste. I’m unsure if it’s the piercings, whatever it is, she certainly was friendlier to my male friend, but to me, the guest who was staying, she just looked like she didn’t wanna answer anything or bother. Unsure what her deal is. Besides her; the two lovely women after that were very sweet and friendly - it’s good etiquette in such businesses to send a smile towards your guests as those two women did and not eyeball them while throwing shady remarks like the older one did.
