The room overlooks the garden dominated by a beautiful olive tree. Next to the bedroom we find the largest bathroom of the Villa equipped with a double sink, toilet, bidet and a large modern shower.
The beautiful staircase made of “Modica Stone” leads to the upper floor where we find two bedrooms with attached bathroom, and a large terrace that reflects the elegance of this magnificent structure. Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay of Fontane Bianche, sunrise and sunset that will remain in your heart forever. You can have breakfast, drink tea or sip an aperitif on the lovely old style tables.
Each room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, satellite TV, air conditioning and its own private bathroom. Each bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and modern shower. You can enjoy the sea view comfortably lying on the bed.
The outdoor area instead includes a large veranda where you can enjoy delicious lunches or dinners by the poolside. The swimming pool has a large internal staircase where you can sunbathe as if you were on the shoreline.
All around there is a solarium equipped with chaise longue and armchairs. Made in the stone wall that runs along the pool, we find a beautiful outdoor shower with a comfortable seat.
Inside the property there is also a driveway used as a parking area, up to 4 cars in the internal parking and one outside.
