Bed’s were really comfortable. Apartment was straight on the high street so easy access to everything.

Parking was a little unclear, we parked in the car park on St Andrews street for 3 days and haven’t received any fines as yet but not sure if this would be different at other (busier) times of the year.

The common area, it is not cleaned and not at the same level as the apartment. The church bells are very close

Location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town, 100 yards from the beach with all amenities within walking distance. the property is very spacious, and modern decoration. Bedrooms great size and comfy.

Everything about the apartment was first class. Very comfortable and spacious. Such a great location in the centre of town. Two minutes from the beautiful West Beach. We will definitely be back.

A bit more stairs up to the apartment than expected. We were able to climb them but wouldn't suit everyone.

I loved the whole look of the apartment, it was cosey and had a real relaxed feel. We stayed as two couples and there was more than enough space for the four of us. The beds were comfy and warm (may be worth bringing an extra pillow though as only one is provided). The church bells are expectedly loud but I saw this as a welcome addition as it was quite nice to hear, it didn't wake me up once! But there are earplugs provided if needed. The kitchen is packed with a vast range of equipment to use which I found quite helpful. There's also loads of cleaning equipment kept in the cupboards to use (not sure if this is stocked as standard or left by previous visitors) I was a little worried about staying here as it looked from the photos like it was someone's own home. I thought I wouldn't be able to settle as it would feel like I'm in somebody's else home but when I arrived it didn't feel like that at all. We all absolutely loved the apartment and would love to come back and stay here in the future.

There wasn't a lot not to like. I found it quite frustrating that a 24hour free car park was detailed although, on arrival the car park was temporarily at a 3 hours max stay so I had to park on residential roads away from apartment. The pay and display carparks are extortionate. Also, the kitchen can get quite smokey at times if you're using the stove (even with the extraction fan). Surprisingly, the smoke alarms did not go off.

Exceptional location & terrific accommodation; clean spacious & v comfortable!!

You will have to make full use of the earplugs provided, as unfortunately the adjacent (historic) church bells sound hourly/ half hourly 24/7 (3am most magnificent…) why the Church of Scotland or local Council haven’t been approached for an easily obtainable nuisance order to silence the bell overnight, 11pm - 6am) I have no idea.
