Overall it was a really great house. Sad the lake was low but it was still nice to sit out on the deck and grill and have our wine from our trip. Thanks for a great house plenty of room for us!

Almost exactly as listed!!
The house was great! Everything was just as listed and pictured, clean and fresh/new feeling. The beds and couches were comfortable, the kitchen had all you would need (including keurig coffee pods and machine), and the games were great for the kids and adults! If I could have changed one thing it would have been the pedal boat - it was very dirty. It was covered in dirt, cobwebs, and spiders. We attempted to clean it and after killing a few larger spiders there were still at least a handful of very small spiders running around. With no hose or anything down on the dock to use other than our rag we gave up and the kids (2 and 4) were pretty disappointed. The boat should be included in the items cleaned between guests if it's going to be included on the listing and available to use because it really wasn't in a condition that it was possible for us to use.

The communication was exceptional. House was immaculate. Could not have asked for a better experience, truly thanks you guys!

Perfection
Everything was perfect. The property, the water, the weather, the owners, everything. We had to leave early due to an emergency with our pet and even that the owners were understanding and wonderful. We will be back, unfortunately it will be without our little Nani, but she got to spend some of her last few days in a place of peace and beauty. So thank you Stacy and Tim, for everything.

Great Relaxation Spot
The Pelican place is a nice place to unwind & relax. There's board games, card games, WII & a PAC MAN arcade to entertain everyone. And of course, we enjoyed the lake, paddle boat & coffee on the deck in the morning. Worth the stay.

Great Property - Perfect for Fishing
Pelican Place was great. Really nice inside and the dock was perfect for the three boats we brought. The water in the lake was low but there was at least 6' at the dock. The only caveat I have is when the water is this low, be EXTREMELY careful going down the ramp in the morning when it is covered with dew. There is a sign posted, HEED THE WARNING. As in use both hands on the rails! We didn't have any major mishaps but it is tricky! Other than that (which of course the owners have no control over) this is a great place to base your fishing trip out of. Thanks!

Beautiful Place
Beautiful nice kept house. Loved our stay. My girls felt so at home and comfortable that they didn’t want to come back home. They really enjoyed the paddle boat as well. Will definitely come back one day. We really enjoyed our stay, but sadly didn’t catch any fishes off the dock. I guess we were too early.

Fishing time with Friends
Property was super great for my friends and I.
House was clean and we had zero issues with our 8 night stay, I would highly recommend if your thinking about staying here. Will return again some day soon I hope. Owners are great people and are a call away if you need anything.

Lovely Family Getaway
Our family enjoyed our New Year's holiday at Clearlake and what a perfect rental home! They had everything we needed and the house was clean and adorable. Tim & Stacy were super communicative, great hosts.

Great Time on the Water!
We enjoyed the property so much. It was clean, well furnished, and met our expectations from what we saw online. The fact that the hosts were active and check in was even better. We appreciate hosts who are so customer focused. We brought our autistic adults for a getaway, and the time in the home was a wonderful getaway for them. Thank you for being a shining light to those in need. Not only was it affordable, it was well worth it!

Great Stay!
The house was as described. Very clean & had all linens & the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook.
The only complaint I have is the thermostat would only go down to 74 degrees. We went in August 2021 when it was a 106 out & it was very warm in the house. It would have been nice to be able to keep the house cooler than what was suggested on the refrigerator on how to keep the house cool.

Perfect!
We had such a wonderful stay! The house was sparkling clean with many thoughtful touches and a modern, trendy interior design. The beds were also very comfortable, which is always a huge plus. The back deck was a great space to kick back and relax, as well as do some grilling. The algae bloom did not impact our stay at all. Neighbors were nice and friendly. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this vacation rental...we can't wait to come back! Thanks for the wonderful stay

Great location for a getaway
House was beautiful. Everything we needed was there for cooking, we made most of our meals. The deck on the lake was perfect. The water was low due to the drought but it was so peaceful to sit on the deck early in the morning and watch the birds fly in to fish. Perfect getaway!!! Only thing I would bring is a light for the outside table if you plan to sit out at night.

Algae season
So basically summertime is when the algae’s smell is most prominent. In all fairness to the Host, they did warn us about the odor; but you won’t really know how bad it is until you’re there, to the point where you won’t have appetite to go fishing or even grill outside. (Our next door neighbor tried to clear out the algae but ended up vomiting but atleast they got free stay the next time they come since they booked it through VRBO aswell). Now, about the house. The house is AMAZING! they have TV, wii gaming console, and a pacman arcade machine which kept us entertained since we couldn’t go out. Now my only issues with the house is the AC system was out of service, but the host did provide fans and portable AC. but it was still HOT inside. Also, the light in the second room didn’t work so we had to use the little lamps. But overall, it was good. The host sent me $50 out of the goodness of their heart so we could eat out or something. So that was so nice of them. Will recommend this place just not during summertime.

Family Reunion
Very pleased with the property, the layout of the home (We used this home and one other on the same street for a family reunion. The spacious family area and the large deck was great for conversations. We could not have asked for better hosts than Tim and Stacy - eager to serve and to see our needs. Other descriptors used by family members: "Clean". "Warm atmosphere". "a place you'd want to hang out and relax.

Pelican place was awesome!
We had a wonderful family vacation in this home. It’s beautiful and really well decorated. It was a home away from home and perfect for our family! We loved the spacious back deck and the pedal boat! We were able to bring our bass boat and catch so many fish out on the lake. It was an awesome trip! Definitely would like to come back to this house for another family vacation!

We had a great time on our vacation. House was clean and updated. Cute decor throughout the house. Owners are very quick to respond through out the whole process. Boat Dock is newer and fits multiple boats. My family had a great time and will be rebooking soon.

Beautiful House
This house is beautiful! We enjoyed our time on the deck soaking up the sun & relaxing. My husband went on a guided fishing trip one day & was able to be picked up right at the dock which was super convenient. We also hiked up Mount Konocti one day & the views were absolutely stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Like the title says....Tim and Stacy RULE. I was scrambling to find a last minute rental for my 2 buddies and I, one of whom is paralyzed from the waist down and BOTH of whom are avid anglers. The pics of the property were great and made it appear that we could get my buddy Tim around the house in his chair with minimal problems. Tim even got back to my message inquiring about this super quick.. The house was GREAT. Open, clean, upgraded, tons to of sleep options, TV’s are super simple to use and have everything you want (Netflix, prime, Hulu, etc....)The deck is perfect for rigging gear and the dock is in the closest channel to the main lake and a 5 minute boat ride from glen oaks launch.. Tim and Stacy we’re genuinely stoked that we had a good time, they’re good people. We’ll be back for years and years. Thanks T&S!!

The pics of the property were great and made it appear that we could get my buddy Tim around the house in his chair with minimal problems. Tim even got back to my message inquiring about this super quick..
The house was GREAT. Open, clean, upgraded, tons to of sleep options, TV’s are super simple to use and have everything you want (Netflix, prime, Hulu, etc....)
The deck is perfect for rigging gear and the dock is in the closest channel to the main lake and a 5 minute boat ride from glen oaks launch.. Tim and Stacy we’re genuinely stoked that we had a good time, they’re good people. We’ll be back for years and years. Thanks T&S!!

Great place, great hosts.
The property was very nice and exactly like the pictures...no surprises. Hosts were great, easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would recommend and book again (but after practicing PAC-MAN so I can move up from my #3 high score).

Peaceful LakesideHome
We had a great time over Easter staying at this home. All furnishings are new, plenty of space and right on the lake. The deck looks out into the water, a nice place to relax. Our family had a great time on the paddle boat . We would definitely come back!

Great Time
We enjoyed our time at this Clearlake cabin and look forward to visiting again in the future! The cabin had everything that we needed and was perfect for our family. It was great to be able to park our boat right out back and we caught lots of fish! We definitely recommend staying here.

A wonderful place to stay. Great location on the lake, beautiful view, newly updated house all nicely appointed. The kitchen has all the basics to allow for preparing a simple meal without needing to bring anything but the food. We enjoyed the weekend.
