Where do you start? Staff attitude on arrival, told no dogs over 10kg - advised this info is on Booking.com but it certainly doesn’t. Asked to pay €100 as security on top of what had already paid. This is supposedly returned after 3 days as long as the place was left as found….Apartment had a smell of bad drains throughout. Decor tired and electrics looked to be lethal. One socket came out of the wall when I unplugged my phone charger! The list could go on. Breakfast excellent price at €6 a head but limited range of food and appalling coffee! Guests have to empty their bin on leaving and put in the bins on the street - garbage and dog faeces strewn across the street! The place should be bulldozed

The view from the terrace was beautiful. The apartment was big and was perfect size for a family of 3

If we had to say something, it would be that our bathroom was on the smaller side but still moveable

The pool, the view and the location in general

The apartment and the whole building needs refurbishing, it looks tired and could do with a coat of paint and some maintenance. There wasn´t a toaster either!

No breakfast available and staff were of no help directing us to get any

Help with getting food but having said that we did have lunch in the restaurant and it was beautiful. The staff there were wonderful and so was the food. Also the young man in the Irish bar was so kind and helpful. There should be more English speaking staff

Nothing. Manager totally disrespectful and showed no interest into our problems with the accomodation. Requested refund . Insisted in this being sorted by Booking .com although we had paid the hotel directly.

Everything. Reception staff obviously were embarrased by Manager attitude . He left everything to them and took no reponsability . Should not be a manager....

The room was a little dated

The view was pleasant. The shower and towels were OK.

The bathroom had either a ridiculously large basin, or large door, which made it difficult to squeeze past for entry. The Wi Fi was impossible to connect, even in the reception area. They eventually offered 2 other connections, which were also no good. The beach is 10 minute walk away.

The surrounding is not so nice

No hairdryer, the bed was very narrow

My room was exceptionally clean and the sea views were beautiful! The staff were so helpful and made me feel very comfortable since I travel alone.

could have been quality resort but went down hill from time of booking in

needed to go to reception 3 times to get the heating sorted. No hot water to shower first night and no water from second day to entire apartment from second day. Reception informed from 7.30am. Informed colleague would be dealing with it but at 15.00 told could be pm or the next day . Manager totally disinterested and no apololgy or any responsibilty anything that was going on and was rude and dismissive . Tried to gain refund to payment was told to contact Booking .com for refund even although have evidence that payment was made to Monoli Hotels S.L . NB. This is for 2 bookings for 2 apartments x 110.0 for each apartments which we will be accessing refunds for

it had a big terrace

facilities nothing like described- toiletries :shower cap, tv:Spanish only tea and coffee: cup and kettle only.towels:harder than anything I’ve ever felt before-night staff:not helpful, location:end of a road that looks like something off a horror movie.and at least 15/20 mins walk to anything,decor:old tired and in need of a good reverb.

view was very nice, pool was closed. Beach was nice

next door was very noisy late at night with moving around and snoring was terrible!!

The area was just perfect to visit. Very relaxing and beautiful beaches.
