Decent location with a nice beach

The apartment was quite cold on the morning and evenings. Very basic also. The indoor pool advertised was not what we expected as it was just a unheated outdoor pool with a screen over

One sofa bed with 2 broken slats, iron poking through totally ready for refuse bin.TV falling off stand and tv aerial falling out regularly. Apartment floor was filthy had to clean it myself.plastic covers on bed sheets made it sweaty to lay on.dreadful noise from neighbours constantly especially weekends. Complex was good well maintained staff was good. Position of apartment was bad in the corner with 4 neighbours.

The electricity kept tripping off

Excellent location. Good facilities on the complex and well maintained. Easy access to bars, restaurants and shops

Head boards weren’t attached so banged against the wall each time you moved. Only one fan for the whole apartment and temperatures were soaring

Our stay at Apartamentos Pueblo Salado was a big disappointment. Never experienced such bad service. Despite our best efforts to notify management, our complaints were labeled "false". 1.. Although on arrival we have made 2 appointments to obtain the keys, no one was present. We certainly waited more than half an hour, no one appeared, yet we were accused of not waiting. Arguing : They were busy helping other customers !!!!!! 2. On our comment that to prevent slipping in the bath to place a non-slip mat and handles, it was stated that Spanish law does not allow this. 3. If you just sit on the front part of the entire bed folds up with all its consequences. It's not true, the manager said. 4 The internet was very bad, we had to go to a restaurant every day to use the internet. The internet is working, the manager replied, we have checked. Although an employee had already informed us during the introduction that the internet was not functioning properly. The most traumatic thing for us was the huge noise suddenly caused by the renovation of an apartment next door. We kept it up for a week, but decided to file a complaint with the manager. We tried to reach someone but the office was constantly closed during the stated business hours. When we finally found someone, she didn't understand a word of English. She advised us to reach the manager via email. We finally decided to leave our stay the day after and notify management via email. Their response to this letter was very negative. Denying everything. No apologies or anything like that, on the contrary, we were labeled liars. The management argued that they knew nothing about this renovation. This does not alter the fact that they, as manager/landlord, are responsible for the damage (both mental and financial) that we have suffered. Despite our request to meet us for the damage suffered, they refused. Never again !!!

The apt was central, very clean, comfortable and well priced. The administration staff member was extremely helpful.

It wasn’t in the main complex which looked nice and where we had to go for WIFI. View at surrounding apartments, no garden or sea. Noisy. Washbasin wobbly.
