Very nice place that i would always recommend. The staff working here is super friendly and welcoming and will always help you out with anything. Furthermore its super clean and the fotos show excaltly what it looks. The beds are comfortable and the WiFi is super fast. Also the kitchen is very clean and has everyhting you need to cook some dishes. With public transport in front of the door you will reach the city center within 10 minutes.

We spent 3 nights at this lovely budget guesthouse. It was incredibly good value. The room was clean, they provide a delicious coffee, the staff were so responsive and helpful and there is a lovely sun terrace.
It is about 20 minutes walk into the center but there is also a combi (orange) that stops outside the guesthouse.
The fruit and veg shop opposite is brilliant and has all the basics.

Edgar was great and very friendly. He went above and beyond to help and welcome us - he kindly drove us to the bus stop for a trip to Patzcuaro, and bought black tea especially for me.

The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean and the bathroom in the room I stayed in, was nice. Having access to a refrigerator and a small kitchen was great. The location is good. Very close to the Zoo and just south of el centro
The windows are not very thick paned and with being very close to a busy street, the sound of vehicles is pretty noticeable. Not so bad if your sleeping normal hours but if your trying to sleep late or take a nap during the day, it would be nice if quieter. Other rooms are not facing the street and I wish I would have gotten on of those.

Cozy, gigantic bed and smart TV in our room for a really cheap price!
The communal kitchen is really well equipped and clean.
Overall everything very clean, location is practical and quiet at night, terrace is nice, check-in had really good instructions and was easy and quick!
We didn't want to leave. :D

Morelia is beautiful modern city and so the property. It has great fiber internet for work and i liked 20 min wal to the city. Close to property is zoo and planetario. I liked everything.
If you want more cilence take room without coty view. The helped me to change room when it was available.

A very spacious common area with a fully equipped kitchen, with free drinking water.
Also a very good price for what you get.
There was a little bit a bad smell coming from the bathroom, so not very comfortable to sleep.
