The property was fine the bed was comfortable

I wish I got the ocean view instead but I had pay $100 difference for the ocean view, which I feel like she could’ve accommodated that for me

When showering we stood in 6 inches of water, our tv didn’t work our entire trip, and the customer service was very subpar. Definitely would not return, when I voiced my concerns no one cared, no offer to speak to management except oh you can call the hotel between 10-11, but yet was told the night before management would be in that morning. Very disappointed and did not enjoy my stay.

Shower and ac was loud when it went on.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It was very basic. Staff were wonderful and friendly.

Parking was a huge issue. We never left the boardwalk and used our car because we were worried about not finding another parking space.

We had other morning plans however the front desk gentleman was extremely accommodating! We upgraded for partial oceanfront and we’re so pleased😉

The stuff ruined my trip the lady in the front desk is the worse of the worse she harassed me and disrespected me I don’t recommend this people lace to nobody

Pool was absolutely disappointing. No cable but room had tv guide that wasn’t even for the cable. It rained and we only had 12 channels which played same thing every night! Elevator was a little scary as well.

On the boardwalk, clean, comfortable

Had a weird smell, no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Tv channel selections were Terrible.

Location and view from the side/ocean view were wonderful. Staff was professional and mostly friendly. Check in and Check out were smooth.

The property needs to be updated/renovated. The Air Conditioning unit in our room was very loud when it turned on and off, to the point of waking us up multiple times throughout the night. Bathtub had a few stains. plastic chairs on the balcony. Room was a nice size but could use more furniture.

when we requested a new sheet we were told someone would be up we waited for awhile then asked again and were told there was no housekeeping and they couldn’t give us the sheet. so we had to use some other blankets we had to put on bed. we called down and asked for the code that was required to adjust the air and told they couldn’t give it to us we explained our room was hot and nothing was done to help us.

There wasnt an exhaust fan in bathroom, could have used a larger sink counter for personal bathroom items and more places are needed to hang wet towels. Other than those few items, the accomodations were great

The location was the best walk right out to the boardwalk. Restaurants were within walking distance.

The thing I didn’t like was being on the 2nd floor. My room was on the North side and my room overlooked another building and trash down below.
