Accommodations were exactly as described. The condo is in a great location and is in close proximity to ski resorts. There is fishing and other activities close by as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Some aspects were very nice, such as the proximity to the Blue River. soundproofing is extremely poor. The person staying in the unit upstairs was very noisy each of 7 nights between the hours of 2 a.m. - 6 a.m. On the first night, he and another person sounded as though they were chopping wood. They noisily left with suitcases about 3 a.m. At 6:22 am (after I got back to sleep briefly), someone rang his doorbell. Very poor sound insulation. On other nights, the upstairs resident played TV in the middle of the night, did laundry, took showers, and otherwise carried out noisy activities. One morning, the person ran a vacuum cleaner at 6 a.m. I contacted Vacasa regarding the noise on the first night. I did not hear the chopping sounds again for five nights, and then there was the same sound in the middle of the 5th night. There were other problems. Due to road construction, it is very hard to find the driveway. On arrival, I had to turn around the block six times before finally finding the correct driveway. There is inadequate marking, especially at dusk when I arrived. It took me 3 days before I was reliably able to find the driveway on first approach. The Internet is slow. The sink disposal malfunctioned on the last day, Wednesday 9/6. I texted Vacasa and they sent a technician named Matt. He was very prompt and polite, and he immediately solved the problem. He gladly addressed two additional issues with the TV. The condo is nicely appointed, but the noise is awful.

Were it not for the fact that there was no coffee and no warning that there would be no coffee, I would have given it 5 stars. I often rent a condo through VRBO and Marriott and have not encountered this before. .

Beautiful Condo, very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Suggestions I would make are check out the dryer sounds like metal on metal when running and instructions on how to watch channels on TV.

The location of this cute condo on the Blue River is outstanding. First floor unit backs to the river and walking path with lots of trees. Well equipped, clean and comfy! Close to all. Local amenities as well

Condo was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Convenient to everything in Silverthorne. Wish it was summer, I bet its even better!

What an amazing stay! We loved the condo, especially the location. The river was so peaceful. We had everything we needed! The condo was cozy and offered plenty of space. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!

Good spot to see Summit County with easy access to Vail. Easy to find location yet so quiet as this unit is tucked away facing the river. Convenient parking. Spent a lot of time just sitting out by the river.

Everything during our stay was great. During the morning of our last day, someone entered the code and opened the front door. They immediately closed it but it was a little unsettling to have someone have access to our house during our stay

It was very clean. Great location well equipped.

We enjoyed the clean and large spaces. The location makes it easy to ski so many resorts and to access restaurants and shops in the area. The constant view of the flowing river makes this especially relaxing and enjoyable. Coming home to a warm and cozy fireplace after a day of skiing is heavenly. It's a joy to stay here on our vacation.

We enjoyed staying here and being on the river. It is so nice to open a door or window and to be able to hear the river.

Takes us a while before you can catch it working to get in. Called multiple times but never fixed. Kitchen inadequately stocked to cook as you say it is. Had to buy skillet, spatula and other items to cook with. We plan to leave items for next guest.
No router box for wifi. It says if you have problems with wifi to unplug 2 minutes and plug back in.
Couldn’t get rv to work either.
Property management never answered calls nor returned them.

We really enjoyed the condo. It would be nice to see you change out the shower curtain as it is pretty nasty and there were no sheets for the fold out bed under the couch. However, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely look back into the same place when we go back to Silverthorne!
