Had a great vacation, Doc and Marina employees were awesome. Very helpful went out of their way to make things easy.
Place was beautiful, my only gripe was The dockage was on a narrow canal, definitely need a boat 25 feet or smaller to navigate and turn around

This property was clean and convenient to local restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed mornings outside on the deck with coffee. Beautiful community pool too.

Great marina, if you have a boat, this is a great place to stay the boat slip is right in front of the condo. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Pool area is very nice

Very nice place, all of the rooms had balconies which was really cool.. decorated nicely, had plenty of towels, the location was great with close proximity to grocery, bait shops…only drawback was we couldn’t fish from the dock outback. Sometimes we just want to throw a line without taking boat out, other then that the place was great. Marina crew friendly and helpful also.

My family and I enjoyed the location as well as the unit. It was a perfect space for all of us to relax by the pool or walk out to the dock, hop on the boat and go.

This space was perfect for our girls' trip to the Keys! Plenty of space to hang out, great for preparing meals, and a lovely porch out back for chatting and catching up. Everything was clean, and checking in and out was a breeze! It was great to have a washer and dryer in-unit to keep all of our beach towels clean and dry. Highly recommend for any trip to Marathon!

Island Breeze at Coral Lagoon was a perfect place for our group to stay. We booked two units for a three-day family offshore fishing excursion….. the location is convenient to Key West and Islamorada. The unit is spacious, well appointed and the location is perfect for our needs! We will return!! Thank you Sandy!!

We have stayed here many times and the location is great. House and boat slip are great. However, they have changed their rules for boats and owners should update their descriptions. Biggest change: you must add marina to your insurance. This can take several days to get done. So call marina prior.

Clean and lovely place to stay
Lots of room for our multi-generational crowd. Clean and comfortable with lovely porches. Convenient to Sombrero Beach and lots of lovely Keys spots.
