We had a quiet, relaxing time at this clean, modern apartment. Everything was as the listing said and we had a wonderful stay. Lovely spot for a nice getaway in the beautiful Boothbay area.

This rental was modern, comfortable, and very quiet! Window ac unit kept it nice and cool during the day. Open widows with no outside noise was a pleasure at night. Comfy bed. Could have been a little cleaner. Top of fridge needed a cleaning along with granite tabletop. Tabletop appeared to have melted candle wax left on it. Would have helped to have a few kitchen hand towels and a few more bath towels.

The apartment in East Boothbay is wonderful and exactly as advertised! It was clean, quiet and the check in process and response time was great as well!

We had a great time last week in Maine, this is a great place to stay and we would love to come back for another visit on a future vacation!

This unit provided us with unexpected comfort and convenience. Having a separate living/dining space allowed one of us to sleep in while the other was able to get up and start planning the day. As a number of restaurants have understandably closed for the season, we chose to pick up wine and cheese and eat in one night. The kitchen had everything we needed. And, while we chose a more casual approach to dinner, the host had a wonderful small table set for a more formal dinner. The host provided a helpful scrapbook with information about activities, shops and restaurants. The unit was a tremendous value and we would definitely stay there again if we visiting the region.

We loved our stay! The apartment was very clean, and well accommodated. It was very easy to communicate with management. Also, great location. Just outside of downtown Boothbay Harbor and just a mile or so from Ocean Point!.

Loved staying at this place. It honestly was so nice to have such a clean, spacious place to stay. One of the best things you’ll find is the washer and dryer. Super helpful for when you need to fluff and freshen up some items. Everything was great and the tv’s had every subscription service you could think of. Honestly that’s the best when you want to watch some shows but don’t want to watch on your personal devices. Will be back for sure!

Some places are thrown together with random make do things. Not here, the hosts have gone above all expectations. From the décor, outdoor niceties (fireplace and covered table), to modern conveniences we didn't know existed. Also an unexpected and most appreciated thoughtfulness, :) It was just such a joy getting away to gorgeous Boothbay and surrounding area with my son, made all the better staying here at Farnham Point Retreat. We Highly recommend. PS Give our love to Penny.

This rental property was fantastic! We will definitely stay here again! Everything you need is provided and the bed and couch were comfy. Owners are on-site, but privacy is always afforded. What a gem!

This was a beautiful cozy little apartment with plenty of space for the 3 of us. The hosts were great with communication and even provided a number of community activities and places to visit when we booked as well as a binder of information when we arrived. As we were leaving my wife and I were already talking about rebooking this apartment for our next stay. You won’t be disappointed in this rental! The area is gorgeous and although we didn’t see many this time of year the people were very friendly. Best wishes to Jeanne and family!!

This property is just lovely indoors. It is quite new and was done really well. It is also a great location for visiting the area of Boothbay Harbor and East Boothbay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. It’s newer construction so everything is modern. It was well-stocked with everything one could need. We did have to purchase kitchen sponges since we couldn’t find any. Though we brought our own, there’s coffee, tea, sugar. Be aware, it’s a coffee maker not a K-cup. Bring your own shampoo and bath soap. Some is provided and probably enough for two but not four. There are plenty of nice bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. The air mattress was a good quality though like all air mattresses, had to be pumped with more air every night. The bed (queen?) was very comfy. Laundry detergent is even provided if you want to do a wash. The location is very convenient and in a nice quiet setting. Though we didn’t meet the owners, we knew we could contact them with any issues. All the little touches really made us feel welcome and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again if and when we go back to Boothbay.

We were welcomed by hosts who answered our questions about where to park, etc. Newly built house and all-new guest apt. on beautiful property with pines and fir trees. TVs in both l.r. And b. r. Washer/ dryer, wonderful fully stocked kitchen and breakfast bar and/or dining table to have meals. If more than 2, there’s a sofa or air mattress that were comfy. Close to many Lobster houses and to Boothbay Harbor and not far from Port Clyde where we had booked excursions to Monhegan Island. Exquisite place to stay.

Beautiful, new and ultra clean. Spacious and modern kitchen and bath. It is next to owners residence, but not an issue. Only thing was mattress was a bit hard. Hosts were wonderful and accommodating to all our requests.

We had a great stay in Boothbay. The place is comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. Jeanne was responsive and helpful. Will definitely be back if in the area.

We had a great time in Boothbay and loved this property. Though the view doesn’t include water, it was a perfect retreat after exploring all day. We even enjoyed the mile walk around the property road that led to a public path to the water. The top-notch apartment has everything you need for a stay. I would book this again.
