Loved staying at LTC! We had a large group & we had room for us all to hang out together or spread out, plenty of beach toys, & the golf cart was so helpful. Close to the pool, quiet neighborhood, & a good location. We’ll definitely be back! Thank y’all for an awesome place to stay!!

License to Chill is awesome accommodation-all the amenities we could hope for-beautifully decorated. Enjoyed hanging out on screen porch, living area. Great proximity to 30a restaurants.

We enjoyed the neighborhood, home and amenities for our annual family beach trip.

We loved staying at Licensed to Chill! It’s beautifully decorated with a coastal theme and well appointed with all amenities and items you might need. The house is very close to the pool which is convenient. The beach access across the street is not ideal and you must navigate several flights of stairs to get to the beach which is cumbersome with chairs, coolers and kids in tow. The beach is beautiful with soft, sugar-sand, so it’s worth the effort; however; a few older folks in our group were unable to handle the stairs. We spent lots of time at the pool which is great for the kids and just hanging out at the house with our family. We had trouble getting the lock opened for the grill storage but the property manager responded very promptly. I would highly recommend Licensed to chill!

Beautiful property!!

First time visiting “30A”. This property was the favorite part of our trip. The house was beautiful and in a good location. Outdoor Shower rentals made the process easy . Andrea was super helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

We had a great experience from start to finish! The house was perfect for our family and we will definitely stay here again!

Short walk to the beach. Quiet area with great public spaces (grass play area and pool). House was well appointed with extra provisioning which led us to believe that adults rented it and adults owned it. Very kid friendly. Walk to the Hub. Staff walked us through everything super clearly. Loved it. Did I say that we loved it?

We spent the Thanksgiving week at this luxurious home! Spectacular accommodations. Short walk to the beach. Will stay here again.

Our family of four, plus three grandparents and teenage friends stayed at License to Chill over fall break in September. The location of the neighborhood is perfectly situated between Alys Beach and The Hub. The neighborhood was quiet, tree lined, shaded street and side streets. Close proximity to everything 30A has to offer and direct beach access across 30A. The house is beautiful and well appointed in all aspects. Our family enjoyed the screened in front porch every morning and evening. We enjoyed the downstairs master bedroom with large shower, which was perfect for the grandparents who did not want to walk up and down the stairs. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything that you may need to cook a gourmet meal. The outdoor grill + Big Green egg was excellent. The extra ice machine was an added bonus for our large family. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and arcade game; beds were super comfortable and plenty of pillows for everyone. The added personal touches included bottles of wine upon arrival which was a treat. The golf cart was perfect for taking the family quickly to the front of the neighborhood to access the beach and carrying all beach supplies. A few more pieces of furniture to include a dresser in the Queen bedroom upstairs to unpack clothes, and a work desk/area in one of the bedrooms would be ideal for anyone wanting to work virtual away from all the hustle of the open concept first floor living space. This has become one of our most favorite neighborhoods on 30A. We will be back soon!

This is one of the nicest rentals we have ever experienced. The location was perfect, the house was fully stocked with everything we needed and super clean. We all wanted to stay a bit longer. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us....and the welcome wine was such a class act!!!

We loved our week at license to chill. Such a well appointed home…they have thought of everything. From wine fridge to bulk ice machine to oversized blender, all of our needs were met and expectations exceeded. Would 100% recommend.

Great property. Having the golf cart was so convenient. Lots of fun beach toys in the beach box. House was very comfortable for our group of 10. Loved the little beverage shop at the front of the neighborhood.

Beautiful home with every amenity you would ever need. This home easily housed 12 people - 8 adults and 4 kids. Such a well designed home with many thoughtful details. We loved the outdoor shower, the screened in porch, the bunk bed room design is perfect! The kitchen is appointed with every need even down to a separate ice maker. Every person in age ranging from 4-84 years raved about our accommodations and beautiful home! The stairs to the beach on the private access are very steep- the public access point had an easier set of stairs. The managers were so quick to reply to any need- most of our issues were user error on our part but we appreciated the prompt response. We look forward to coming again!

Great location . House was beautiful with everything you needed, very spacious. My only drawback was the long, steep steps to get to the beach. They were killers for my old legs. Overall, it was a GREAT trip.

We had an amazing time staying at License to Chill. The house is gorgeous and the amenities are fantastic- outdoor shower and golf cart were great added pluses. Our girls group would totally stay here again!

Loved that you really only need to bring your swimsuit, everything was provided even two bottles of wine. The house was clean, had a great location and was beautifully decorated . The rental greatly exceeded expectations.
