We had a fantastic 2 week stay in this amazing villa! As a group of mixed ages from 8 to 82 it gave us everything we needed and more. Rooms were spacious and had all the mod cons and more. Lots of fridges in the kitchen and utility and air con throughout. The photos don’t do justice to the amount of outside space around the pool, there’s far more than there appears to be and there are plenty of seats around the outdoor table as well as sun loungers for everyone. The tech is great with huge TVs and great sound systems. We had a few glitches with the power cutting out but once Kevin had explained where the switch was to fix it we could do it easily if it happened again. The gym and pool table were used daily, especially by the teenagers and the cinema room was great although we needed some help to understand how to make it all work! We hired a car because of an older member of the family but you could walk to restaurants and bars as well as the supermarket for a light shop. I’d recommend Lourenço restaurant a few minutes walk away as well as some others close by. Transfers were arranged by Lisa and.we used the same company for trips out as a group too. Although it’s on a road it’s at the bottom of a quiet cul de sac so no through traffic at all and pretty quiet other than us and a couple of neighbouring villas. I’d highly recommend staying here to anyone, just note all rooms are double beds rather than twins but it worked perfectly for us

House was gorgeous but you need a degree in computers to be able to work all the mod coms in the house

This is a very lovely property. The location is convenient, the backyard/pool area offers lots of places to sit and is relaxing. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom so all guests have privacy. We had a fabulous time! We couldn’t have asked for much more.

Lovely stay! Beautiful house, beautiful location. Kevin was very helpful with check-in and local recommendations.

Lack of running water, lack of hot water, air conditioners that dripped water all over the floor. Leaking toilet. Property manager was notified every day of the issues starting on the first day and most of them were never addressed through the entire stay. We were even told to literally use buckets to flush toilets with water from the pool since there was no running water. The water pressure issue ended up being related to a plumbing issue that required a professional service call to fix. The hot water issue was later revealed to be that the local property manager representative was incompetent and never even turned on the hot water heater. I tried to work with the manager and VRBO for a credit for the hassles we experienced but was not offered any resolution. For a very expensive rental advertised as “luxury” this was not at all the experience we were expecting.

Great location and fabulous outdoor area, to include a paddling pool area for our 2 year old granddaughter. She quickly moved up to the big pool and is almost swimming! All 12 of us had a great time also using the pool table and games room. Easy walking to beach and short distance to other beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. All bedrooms great sizes and same for bathrooms. Easy contact with Kevin and Lisa, the hosts. All making for a super holiday.

What a fantastic villa, it was better in the flesh as the pictures are wonderful, but to walk through the door for the first time, we all gasped and had the best holiday ever. The villa was second to none, with every thing we needed for a great holiday. Kevin was great and helped us and was always on the end of the phone to give advice and support on anything. An additional note, having 12 adults in one villa was not a problem, as the space inside and outdoors never seemed cramped at all. The taxis from the airport, are all professional and helpful being on time, so we used them during the holiday and back to the airport, so thank you for all your help, making our stay memorable and will be looking to come back very soon.
