We had a one bedroom apartment which had a kitchenette and a sitting room. Fantastic location near our family, comfy bed, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher drawer, coffee pot machine, Netflix, obliging staff, parking onsite, two tv's, big fridge, shelf for suitcase with hanging space above (very convenient), iron and ironing board, overhead shower. This was a great stay. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions, the cafes downstairs weren't completed. However Dan Murphy was open till around 8 p.m. which was great. Next time we hope the cafes will be open.

The room was very nice and very clean.

Check in was slow and difficult. Was given wrong room number. Had to go back to reception. To get correct room number. Not clear instructions re lifts and parking. Had to move car from level one to level 2 and we were travelling with someone in a wheelchair and were a bit delayed by all these things whilst trying to get ready and leave for a wedding.

Location closer to the wedding I attended and also the close proximity to the shops. I wish I could say more.

1) Early check in: I wanted an early check in but it would have costed me an extra $30 an hour. I’ve stayed in better locations with no issues with early check ins and not paying the extra cost. 2) Parking: I had to pay extra to park my car in 2nd floor in the same complex where there were other public shops underneath who had free parking for their customers. The management even warn you that they would charge $50 extra if we park in public designated FREE parking (I’m not sure how). I paid for it and later on realised that I could have saved by parking elsewhere. 3) Odour in room: I like opening all the cupboards and checking the place when I move in. I opened the one in kitchen which had the enclosed bin inside. The bin was empty but the smell was gross. It smelled like sewage. I booked in the place for a wedding close by and had to leave soon as they didn’t give me free early check in. That smell made me leave even early and I didn’t have the time to go and change my room and move my luggage. 4) Bond: $200 bond is charged when you check in and it was only mentioned after I booked it. 5) Pre check in form: A long pre check in form where they need ID’s and details of everyone who’s staying along with you and again it can be simple.

It was in a lovely location by the lake, the hotel itself was very nicely furnished and decorated

The lighting was a bit too dull, especially when trying to get ready in the bathroom

Location and cleanliness

The location was great and the apartment roomy.

The room was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Light in the en-suite wasn't working and made it impossible to apply makeup The late check in instructions were good, but the card swipe wasn't working. No one advised us of this and we had to get security to let us in.

I was overcharged when I checked in. The reception charged me for $796.17, however my total booking price should be $694.40 for 5xpax. When I noticed that I was overcharged, I asked the reception why? He said because there was a sofa bed set up in the room because there was 5th person staying in the room. I told him I didn't requested the sofa bed to be set up and I didn't greed to pay for it. Since I booked 5xpax in my two bedroom apartment and the rate that I am paying is already for 5xpax I shouldn't get charged for the sofa bed set up for the 5th person because it is already included in the rate. As I am complaining of the overcharge, the reception decided to refunded me $90.00 and apologised. Means I paid total of $706.17 ($796.17- $90.00) instead of paying only $694.40. I felt like this property ripped off their customers or maybe the staff wasn't trained well how to handle and check booking details. After few minutes of complaining about the overcharged, the receptionist came to our room and removed the sofa bed set up. It is good that the 5th person didnt stayed with us tho she is included in the rate that I was paying. Otherwise, she will not have a bed to sleep. Facilities are great and view was really nice with the lake. Customer service should be improve. I don't give reviews like this as I am working in the hotel as well. I am just not happy how they handle my booking and how they solve the issue and explaining their policies. It just doesnt make sense to charge the extra bed for the 5th person if the total price of my booking is for 5xpax. So, if the 5th person arrived where she will be sleeping if the set up of the room is only 1xking bed and 2xsingle....😔 And still they overcharged me around $11.00 not sure why???.

Room was quite noisy with loud humming noise all night which made it difficult to sleep at times Sheets had yellow stains and the cooktop was greasy

The noise of people changing wheels down in the carpark when your trying to sleep.

The lake view was amazing.

It was putrid. The bed was made but dust and dirt everywhere.

Lighting in bathroom is terrible

The location is convenient (just off the highway), with paid parking available on site ($12 per day). The room is nice and modern, looks great and with good kitchen facilities (full size fridge and Nespresso coffee machine). Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Be aware that rooms are not serviced on weekends or public holidays (although someone did come in and replace towels/empty kitchen bins after 2nd day of a long weekend stay).

Everything was great - until the last night when the people in the room next to us had a very loud party that went from about 1am to 5am. Reception closes at 11pm and we hadn't been advised who we could contact for any issues out of hours. As a result, not much sleep on the last night and a lot of frustration at being unable to contact any staff. However, when this issue was raised with staff they apologised (acknowledged that multiple people had complained about the same party) and advised that if it ever happened in the future we could call the "lost key" number to report an issue. Only other (minor) issue was the lighting in the bathroom is very "relaxing day spa" and not very good if you're trying to apply makeup or achieve a proper shave.

The apartment was nicely decorated and modern unfortunately the negatives outweighed any of the positives

Very noisy, not sound proof at all. We were kept awake for every night of the 3 nights by people opening and closing doors, talking in the hallway. There was a party in the room next door one of the nights. Traffic noise is bad in any of the front facing rooms. We were on the 3rd floor and could still hear the traffic at night. I tried sleeping on the sofa due to the sound outside the bedroom but the noise was no better.

I liked the view and location of the property

Room could have been more clean and kitchen appliances could have been cleaned properly. Also the coffee machine didn’t work and the heater/aircon wasn’t working properly. Bed was springy and uncomfortable.

The facility was modern and clean, it had plenty of facilities down stairs.

It was very noisy during the evening, and whilst the ambience of the room was great, some brighter lighting would have been good.

Great location, modern apartments with all the amenities you could need, secure parking, professional, friendly staff who go out of their way to help, restaurants and an IGA on the ground floor.

For me, the location was perfect for my stay. Restaurants, fast food and supermarket etc all close. The room was cosy and the staff were so kind and friendly.
